Bantia Furnitures has provided me some damaged sofa set. Raised a complaint one month back but no one has come till now. They are saying that they will come in couple of days or something but no one has turned Up..Its really very poor customer service by Bantia. Even the Quality of sofa is not satisfactory. this furnitures is totally bugus they advertise attract but they have no responsibility the products are totally waste they insist us to take damage ones they never refunded the amount and ask us to go to the consumer court
