I had a very bad experience with Bantia Furniture(Kompally).
Knowing the name of the shop, the service which i got is the worst.

I have ordered a sofa on 1st of JAN 2022 for an occasion. I have been told that i will get the sofa by a week but let us just write it as 10 days. Today its 19th and after many reminders we did not get the sofa. We have been to the office twice. Still, this is the service. Everyday the only response I use to get that tomorrow 100% we will deliver the sofa.

I have been mentally harassed like hell. Put time and money for reminders.

I need action from your side or else this email, call recordings, bill etc is going to consumer court.

    I purchased a cot and kurlon bed from Bantia JUBLEE HILLS STORE on[protected]. Even though it took 2 weeks for delivery of the items they have not delivered the storage box and a pillow which are part of my order. The same matter I informed to the Sales Executive Mr.Shafi who executed my order there is no response from him or by the company.
    To day I called again but the executive even though he was there in the shop not even spoke with me and asked his college to tell me that he will call later.
    which never happened.

    Customers must be very careful to do business with this company.

      I have purchased one cot on 5th june, 2016 in bantia furnitures, kukatpally, hyderabad. They told will deliver cot with in 10 days. Later i visited store on 16th june about my items. Again they told deliver tomorrow (17th june). I did not receive cot and other purchase related items.
      I went store just now (On 18th june - saturday) and asked about my items. Now these... Store guys telling, they will deliver on monday (20th june) or they will cash back the amount.

      If they cash back amount, what is the meaning of waiting to receive the products form 5th june on wards. Please suggest some one how can we go in this scenario.

      I did not except these type of worst service from a store whose have many branches in metro city (Hyderabad). Even road side sellers are doing healthy and good business with customers, then why this big chain store is doing like this...
      Is some one looking into these complaints from BANTIA, it was worst experience and no proper customer service and no staff is responding correctly and very adamant...is this the way this big furniture's shop operate .

        I bought a sofa worth rs 52500/- on 31 may 2016 at bantia furnitures, kukatpally. The delivery time promised was 07 june 2016. On the same day 07 june 2016 i recieved a call from bantia saying that the colour is not available and asked me to choose another colour and that will take another 1 week time to deliver. This is the response from so called popular furniture shop in hyderabad. Please help me in this regard. Thanks

          I had purchased dining table with 6 chairs from bantia furnitures, sikh road, secunderabad, tel#[protected]; vide invoice / cash memo / receipt no.7425 on 10th april 2016.
          The table and 2 boxes containing dismantled chairs got delivered on 11th afternoon. The delivery boys had fixed the table and informed us a technician would visit our residence in the evening to fix the chairs.
          No one turned up till date to fix the chairs. Since then, we have been calling the staff at bantia furnitures, secunderabad, and they have been promising that the technician is out for fixing customer complaints and also new installations and would visit our house too. This has been going on since monday evening till date. Everyday, there is a new promise stating that the technician would visit our hose shortly.
          Due to this we could not go out of our home as we have been expecting the said technician any time.
          Last night they promised that the techician will come by today morning at 11 am. No one turned today also. This is a very unprofessional way of handling a after sales customer.
          I would like to complain to your team on the management of bantia furnitures, secunderabad to take action on these erring staff who put customers in discomfort and displeasure. I would like bantia furnitures, secunderabad to compensate on my discomfort for not able o use the dining table without fixing the chairs for more than 4 days.

            Hi Amith Bantia, I took furniture from your Malakpet showroom with high expectation. But to my worst experience the staff has delivered damaged furniture after 15 - 20 days and that too with out any gift as promised. I have made many calls and many personal visit to the showroom and met Arun the manager. He always promise false. I really don't understand how the management keep this type of people who don't care about customers. I took the furniture in the month of Oct 2015 and Bill no 8958. now we are in Jan 2016 still I have not got good condition furniture. Please don't take any furnitures from this shop as they don't care about customer even in this competition. Thanks

              Hi, Mr Bantia, I have purchased sofa from your Attapur showroom this year. Sofa has broken legs now for which I tried calling for 2 days to attapur Showroom. They are saying that the concerned person(Rupesh) is not available and to call me another day. same thing happened for the second day. I have given my details to the person (Jagan) whom I spoke with now. Can someone look into it urgently. Really sad to have to communicate such service failures at your end.                 We have purchased a semi-leather sofa during the Diwali sales promotion worth Rs.60, 000.00(after discount) with a warranty of one year vide Order No. 3020 and DC 3315. The sofa has started tearing two months back. We have frequently been calling the showroom. We even visited the showroom many times. No person came to look at the sofa. We have been talking to Ms. Zoya. This has come to level where they have started talking with us in a very rude manner. We still await a reply from them.
                Dear Bantia Furniture owners,


                It is not sufficient to purchase big spaces for your showroom, a good customer service makes the difference. If you are incapable of taking care of your existing customers, how long will you depend on new customers? In this age of Internet and seeing reviews before buying, have you seen reviews of your showrooms? We did the mistake of walking into store without reading the reviews. Not every customer is. If you have the money to pay your staff for being rude and inefficient, do charity. Please spare us. It is our hard-earned money. Not like you. If after these compaints and comments, you still dont act, then surely there is problem with style management. Probable you cannot manage your own people.

                  I have purchased a semi-leather sofa (3+2) and a six seater dining table from the Jubilee Hills showroom during their Diwali sales promotions. One and half months earlier we noticed a tear in the sofa. From then on the rig-ma-role of calling them and they telling that the staff in not available has started. We went to the showroom twice to get the complaint registered. They do not note it, rather send us away saying that the service guy will come. Till date the service person has not come. The Order No is 3020 and the DC No is 3315. The staff's behaviour is pathetic. Do the Bantia's pay their staff to behave like this? The management of Bantia, please note that it is not enough to have big hoardings of semi-naked girls sprawled on the sofa. Give attention to the Customer and their needs, which should be your priority. The girls will not give you business in the long run. With staff like this be prepared to shut your shop. Its such an irony, you are paying your staff to de-fame you. Good luck.

                    I had ordered for a 4 door wardrobe with dressing table in october 2014. The Delivered product had a hole at the back with 2 handles already displaced from their position and coated with some bad smelling paint instead of wood polish that was mentioned in the bill. After making continuous calls and multiple trips to the showroom they replaced it one month later with one more wardrobe that was again coated with the same bad smelling paint and the roof of the wardrobe was much bigger than the actual size which dint fix properly. They promised to get it fixed the next day. It has been 2 months since I paid the entire amount and still it has not been fixed. I have made hundreds of phone calls the workshop manager named Ramesh but the problem was not solved. He keeps telling it will be fixed today everytime I call. They Are misguiding And duping the public with Advertisements and false promises.

                    The sales manager Ramesh called up the next day and came with the carpenter and fixed the top of the wardrobe by noon. The bad smell still persists but the top atleast is fixed.

                      Bantia Furniture Customer service is very rude and pathetic. All the offers which they give are on damaged or defect furniture. In my case, I along with my mom went to Bantia Furniture located in Sikh Road Secunderabad on 27 Sep'14. As I am already from a retail sector, I told my mom that such kind of offers are just to get walkins for their store and nothing would be really worth that discount. Still my mom forced me to take as she was excited by seeing the paper ads. We went there and started seeing Dining tables, meanwhile one of the sales executive approached us. I told him that we would surely call him if any assistance is needed. Then he went away. I and my mom were seeing each and every dining table as we were really in an intention to buy. Then we called the sales executive for 5 min's and asked him on which dining table offer was applicable which they gave in paper ad. He showed us the same, but when I looked at it closely it was a defect piece with some breakages. When I asked him if there is any new piece of the same then he was very sarcastic and he told that "all the offers where on defect pieces and why would Bantia offer such huge discount on new pieces". That answer was put up very sarcastically and I was just shocked hearing it. I just ignored and made him let go. As I and my mom were interested in purchasing dining table we went on to see other new dining tables. In the end we finally liked two dining tables and called the sales executive to give us the final price and told them that we would purchase the same in EMI. He gave us a calculation saying that additional VAT will be applicable on the given price and he told that I need to make down-payment of minimum two to 3 EMI's. Then I asked him that his paper ad stated that customer can Pay Rs.1 and the remaining amount would be converted to EMI. For this he told that the offer was not applicable on dining tables. Later I asked him 10 min of time and made him let go so that I can discuss with my mom and give her the exact price including taxes. When we found that it is not worth buying and as it is not according to the ad what they have given, my mom was dissappointed. Then we made a decision not to get fooled and walk away. Then I called the sales executive and said him "thanks for the service, we will visit again". I was just shocked by the response of that sales executive. When a customer says "thank you" what would he expect?????? I want to ask this to the Bantia's. Do you understand the meaning of "thank you" or do you teach your staff that "thank you" is a disrespectful word????? I got reply from the sales executive very rudely that "who needs your thanks, you wasted my 2hrs time, when you didn't wanted to purchase why did you come to my store." Hearing this I really got frustrated with his words and just blasted him with words, thank god I didn't beat him because my mom was along with me and she would fear seeing me kicking his . The other sales executive was coming and saying to let him go as he might be frustrated on given sales target and in an intention to sell he would have told it. I want to ask the Bantia's, Do you give such huge sales targets to sales executives by which your sales executives get frustrated and behave rude to customers??????? That sales executive was not even assisting us for 15 min's and in the end he states that he was with us for 2 hrs. I dont understand one thing, is it compulsory for a customer to purchase furniture if he visits Bantia?????? That sales executive was putting his brand already down by saying that Bantia gives offers only on defected pieces. Why does Bantia entertain such kind of staff?????? I want all my friends, colleagues and other customers who already faced this pathetic service to share this article and make your friends also aware how pathetic Bantia Furniture is and how badly they fool the customers with paper ad's and discounts. Thank god I didn't purchase anything.

                      Worst Service. (with Bajaj Finance) Even after the reviews i took bad decision going for Bantia.
                      Its been month but till date my order is pending, sofa cum bed has been replaced twice but still they cannot fulfill the order Dressing table was returned twice as it's damaged and still there is some fixing problem where they have made some alternate changes (L Bracket). Prices are very high compared to market. We spend lots of money but there is no use, they claim that we are looking to buy the furniture at low cost. We can get best products (quality and price) from other furniture stores. Option given by Bantia 1. Take another product paying difference amount. 2. Refund the money what we have paid for the product. I cannot go with any of the option because i have purchased sofa which is suitable for bed cum sofa & paying difference amount (difference amount is very huge where i can get the better one with better price in another store) in cash is something will not work out. I don't know what to do .. Only thing i have is to compromise and take what ever they give (will end up with different types of furniture at my home) or second thing is to return both furniture and go with some Sofa set.( They will think and let me know whether it works out for them or not. They always want to be happy, they are least bothered about teh customer service.

                      Especially employees working over there feel that we are taking their furniture for free of cost, and we are beggars.

                      Done with all these, i don't know when will i be out of all this trash.

                      Hoping to come out and will never go back to Bantia Furniture once again.
                      Worst experience with Bantia...never go for it..they r big cheaters..sales executives are very rude and irresponsible and change their statements with time... they sell defective, old products which are put for display purpose, as new ones...also the price they mention in paper advertisement is different from what they show at stores...
                      Even I went to Bantia recently at kukatpally. The sales guy they way he was responding was created doubts in me. You take today otherwise will be increased in a day or to. With GST without GST, lot of confusion. He was not willing to show me other floors and reluctant to show the other floors. Thought will think and come back later.

                        I made a purchase at bantia malakpet worth rs.32000 which included a sofa and a dining table and made full payment for the BILL NO 4775/4783 and had a pathetic experience dealing with the unprofessional and manner less behavior of the staff at the store...initially i was delivered my goods after long wait, arguments and after making around 10 calls a day to them and after getting the delivery the dining table was not in good condition and they missed few small parts to fix but again after calling them again and again regarding this there is nil response from them i am waiting for them to fix the issues ...its been nearing to 2 months but still these pathetic people have not got back to me...I request the authority to take stringent action against these people as they are bluffing and luring public in open and just filling their pockets with the hard earned money of the public

                          Bantia Furnitures has provided me some damaged sofa set. Raised a complaint one month back but no one has come till now. They are saying that they will come in couple of days or something but no one has turned Up..Its really very poor customer service by Bantia. Even the Quality of sofa is not satisfactory.

                            I have purchase furniture last year Aug in Bantina Furniture Hyderabad. After that I replaced the TV stand due to material problem (It was their problem). Old TV stand price was around 15k and new TV stands around 9K, so total difference is around 5k to 6K. But they are telling give only 1000 rupees. For this I went, more than 50 times to their store, treatment also not good. I need justice on this. Please let me know how to complaint or get justice for this. Give me full details and let me know you want any other information on this.

                              Failure to deliver Goods, after full payment

                              Purchased a Single Cot on 16th Aug 09 from Bantia, Sikh Road. Made Full Payment on the spot. Order No. 9002. Supposed to deliver by 17th evening. They called us that it's getting delivered on 18th morning, then it didn't get delivered. Again, we called up. Then they committed to deliver by 18th evening. Again they failed. Everytime, they say, it's being loaded.

                              On 19th morning, at 11 AM they again called me up...
