[Resolved]  Bantia Furnitures — Bantia Furniture - The worst place to visit, customers be aware...!!!!!

Bantia Furniture Customer service is very rude and pathetic. All the offers which they give are on damaged or defect furniture. In my case, I along with my mom went to Bantia Furniture located in Sikh Road Secunderabad on 27 Sep'14. As I am already from a retail sector, I told my mom that such kind of offers are just to get walkins for their store and nothing would be really worth that discount. Still my mom forced me to take as she was excited by seeing the paper ads. We went there and started seeing Dining tables, meanwhile one of the sales executive approached us. I told him that we would surely call him if any assistance is needed. Then he went away. I and my mom were seeing each and every dining table as we were really in an intention to buy. Then we called the sales executive for 5 min's and asked him on which dining table offer was applicable which they gave in paper ad. He showed us the same, but when I looked at it closely it was a defect piece with some breakages. When I asked him if there is any new piece of the same then he was very sarcastic and he told that "all the offers where on defect pieces and why would Bantia offer such huge discount on new pieces". That answer was put up very sarcastically and I was just shocked hearing it. I just ignored and made him let go. As I and my mom were interested in purchasing dining table we went on to see other new dining tables. In the end we finally liked two dining tables and called the sales executive to give us the final price and told them that we would purchase the same in EMI. He gave us a calculation saying that additional VAT will be applicable on the given price and he told that I need to make down-payment of minimum two to 3 EMI's. Then I asked him that his paper ad stated that customer can Pay Rs.1 and the remaining amount would be converted to EMI. For this he told that the offer was not applicable on dining tables. Later I asked him 10 min of time and made him let go so that I can discuss with my mom and give her the exact price including taxes. When we found that it is not worth buying and as it is not according to the ad what they have given, my mom was dissappointed. Then we made a decision not to get fooled and walk away. Then I called the sales executive and said him "thanks for the service, we will visit again". I was just shocked by the response of that sales executive. When a customer says "thank you" what would he expect?????? I want to ask this to the Bantia's. Do you understand the meaning of "thank you" or do you teach your staff that "thank you" is a disrespectful word????? I got reply from the sales executive very rudely that "who needs your thanks, you wasted my 2hrs time, when you didn't wanted to purchase why did you come to my store." Hearing this I really got frustrated with his words and just blasted him with words, thank god I didn't beat him because my mom was along with me and she would fear seeing me kicking his . The other sales executive was coming and saying to let him go as he might be frustrated on given sales target and in an intention to sell he would have told it. I want to ask the Bantia's, Do you give such huge sales targets to sales executives by which your sales executives get frustrated and behave rude to customers??????? That sales executive was not even assisting us for 15 min's and in the end he states that he was with us for 2 hrs. I dont understand one thing, is it compulsory for a customer to purchase furniture if he visits Bantia?????? That sales executive was putting his brand already down by saying that Bantia gives offers only on defected pieces. Why does Bantia entertain such kind of staff?????? I want all my friends, colleagues and other customers who already faced this pathetic service to share this article and make your friends also aware how pathetic Bantia Furniture is and how badly they fool the customers with paper ad's and discounts. Thank god I didn't purchase anything.

Worst Service. (with Bajaj Finance) Even after the reviews i took bad decision going for Bantia.
Its been month but till date my order is pending, sofa cum bed has been replaced twice but still they cannot fulfill the order Dressing table was returned twice as it's damaged and still there is some fixing problem where they have made some alternate changes (L Bracket). Prices are very high compared to market. We spend lots of money but there is no use, they claim that we are looking to buy the furniture at low cost. We can get best products (quality and price) from other furniture stores. Option given by Bantia 1. Take another product paying difference amount. 2. Refund the money what we have paid for the product. I cannot go with any of the option because i have purchased sofa which is suitable for bed cum sofa & paying difference amount (difference amount is very huge where i can get the better one with better price in another store) in cash is something will not work out. I don't know what to do .. Only thing i have is to compromise and take what ever they give (will end up with different types of furniture at my home) or second thing is to return both furniture and go with some Sofa set.( They will think and let me know whether it works out for them or not. They always want to be happy, they are least bothered about teh customer service.

Especially employees working over there feel that we are taking their furniture for free of cost, and we are beggars.

Done with all these, i don't know when will i be out of all this trash.

Hoping to come out and will never go back to Bantia Furniture once again.
Worst experience with Bantia...never go for it..they r big cheaters..sales executives are very rude and irresponsible and change their statements with time... they sell defective, old products which are put for display purpose, as new ones...also the price they mention in paper advertisement is different from what they show at stores...
Even I went to Bantia recently at kukatpally. The sales guy they way he was responding was created doubts in me. You take today otherwise will be increased in a day or to. With GST without GST, lot of confusion. He was not willing to show me other floors and reluctant to show the other floors. Thought will think and come back later.
