[Resolved]  Baranagar Gas Service — Telephone Booking service not available

Sir,
With due respect, I have to inform you that I am a consumer (No. 21213) with your dealer Baranagar Gas Service, 44/51, B. T. Road, Kolkata 700 050, Tel No.[protected],[protected].
For last several days, I have tried my best to book a cylinder on the abovementioned phones but has failed miserably. Keeping aside my regular job I had to go to the Dealer's Office for booking the cylinder.
Will you be kind enough to look into the matter so that henceforth I can book cylinder on telephone.
Looking forward for a quick action in this regard.

I have booked my refill on 13/12/2011, my booking no is - 272477, Cash memo no - 3254. But till now I didnot get my cylinder.

Requesting you to do the needful as on urgent basis.
