I'm an indane customer, my consumer no. Is cx17677890 & my lpg id is 3 [protected], today i have visited my distributor "baranagar gas service, godown 121. Neogipara lane baranagar. Kolkata 700060 distt north 24 paraganas" to replace my defective pressure regulator. They told me it is chargeable & charged rs. 90/- as replacement charge. Further more they have issued a gst invoice in this respect, but i think that...

With due respect, I have to inform you that I am a consumer (No. 9504) with your dealer Baranagar Gas Service, 44/51, B. T. Road, Kolkata 700 050, Tel No.[protected],[protected].
For last several months, I have tried my best to book a cylinder on the abovementioned phones but has failed miserably. Keeping aside my regular job I had to go to the Dealer's Office for booking the cylinder.
