[Resolved]  Barclaycard India — Credit Card

I have following complain against Barclaycard India.
1. Without my concern they entered my name as a priority circle and charged Rs. 5610.
2. Don't send bill statement but asked to pay the above money with interest.
3. I requested them for Delivery of Proof for the bill but they unable to send the delivery of Proof.
4. Without my concern they registered my name as a e-statement.

Please help me from thouse to get back my money

Credit Card — payment to reliace infocom through credit card and request to change wrong spell my name

My credit card no. is [protected] named Hemang B.patel .
My current reliance infocom's bill amount is 223.00 and My credited amout is Rs.771.00. you have debited twice 223.00
So I request you to solve the query for the same.
further I request you to change my name Kemang B. patel (which is wrong) to Hemang B.Patel

Barclaycard — wrong charges

Dear Team,

Please remove this unassigned charges Barclay card Priority Circle LE FEE 6000.00 along with Service tax from my account which i got through my October statement. I have never ever ask any of your coordinator or executive to give some discount or free gifts on my card then why these charges were added to my account. How dare you charged Rs 6000.00 along with Service tax to my account without informing me, this is to inform you that I am not going to pay these unnecessary charges which you added to my account. So this is kind request to you that please update my account accordingly. please take some quick step on this matter as soon as possible otherwise I am going to take a very hard action against it.

Please do the needful this is my request to you, Kindly cooperate with me on this matter.

Barclaycard — Wrong Charges & Inappropriate Service Charge

Dear Sir,

This complain is in continuation of my earlier one regarding worng debit in my account on two IRCTC tickets.

Today i have receievd my bill for succeeding period bill. In this bill last month chrages were not reversed and they have charged an additional amount of Rs. 300/- as charges slip retrieval fee.

Please resolve the matter as soon as possible because this is hardship on consumers.
Same thing has happened to me. I have been asking them to revert the money for 6 months now. No use. I have decided not to pay. I left the amount for the membership fee and interest in the card unpaid and not paying back.
Same thing happened to me also. I'will call serveral time but not response . only promise to resolve your query within 6day but not resolve it.I think this is a CHOR company.

i am experiencing problem s with my barclaycard

i was having some 78, 000/- outstanding amt on this card

due to heavy losses in my business and others i was not able to make the payment then there was a collection agency in mumbai called me (rep:- Rupali Phon:-[protected] she told that there is a LIC policy on ur name taken by bank and DRAFT is ready to dispach me amt was 50, 000/- she ask me to make the payment of 20, 000/- first then next day 5, 000/- more which i did some how then the remaining balance amt of 53, 000/- that also i did bezz where i used to work earlier the PF amt got cleard and same was payed to barclycard bank but i did one mistake the time when i made the last amt the person was not carrying the recipt book so on the conformation of miss: RUPALI i made the 50, 000/- amt payment and balance amt will be waved off as she said to me but now when i am conforming with Bank they have only conformation of 20, 000/- only, i am trying to contact miss RUPALI on same number now miss rupali is not answering my calls and on same number they are giving wrong info every now and then i have already issued a complaint to barclaycard back on customer care just last like to say the fraud which was done with me bank had to bare for it i dont know miss rupali if she will call me then she will get the verst from me .. it was all my hard work money no one count take it like that only

I have been using Barclays Card for the last 2 years or so but started having problems since July 2008. I did not receive the statements but was asked to make the payments with interest, penalty charges, etc. I paid them for my last transaction made in the month of August but they continued levying these charges. I told their customer care that I would not be paying any of these charges. I don't understand how this bank is functioning in India. I wish that they better manage their operations and better train their customer care department.
Highly agree with all these complaints. Same thing happened with me even. I had an outstanding amount of Rs. 100/- on my card which I slipped to make the payment by 3-4 days. But to my utter surprise, the next month bill came with Rs. 700/- as just late payment fee and interest charges. Thats ridiculous amount just for Rs. 100/- paid just after 3-4 days. I called them up and told them Iam not going to pay this and asked for reversal. They were very rude and kept on charging late payments and interests for the last 2-3 months.

This BARCLAY bank sucks!!!
Hi! The cheque has been dropped in the dropbox on 21st april'09, when I enquired my bank account till now ie 24th april'09it has not got cleared. When enquired with the bank as the last date is 25th april'09. They are telling that they will clear the cheques by 4to 5 working days. since staturday and sunday are holiday they will send for cheque clearance on monday ie 27th april'09 hence interest will be charged. This shows they have made up their mindset to cheat people, so they will collect the cheque as per their whim and wish after the due date and charge the interest.
How ridiculous?.
I want that we should fload teh forum and all and make ppl aware about the credit fraud Barclay is doing in India.

I was having my BC and had two complaints
1) I used my BC many a times I passed my credit limit they used to charge me on that + one month when total outstanding was only 1000, I missed the due date and they again charged me 600. and now I have asked to close my account they are still adding that 1000 and just in the course of 5 mont that amount has become 9000.

2) They without my permission bought a health insurance policy and started paying the policy frmo my CC. I only got to know when I received the policy pappers. And when I contacted there customer care it never connected. One day it did then there executive was such a DUMBO, he does not know anything. I asked them to give me call bakc as I am not going to give this money. No body caled it just that few month back I got a legal notice.

I'll make ppl aware of Barclay's fraud and will ensure that no one buys Barclay CC from now.

I want to know that why is my ac is showing outstanding for 4500 rs transaction which was no made by me on Barclay credit card no xxxxxxx6413 as on 24/05/09 from RELIANCE INFO COM BOMBAY.Past time i had submitted deputed letter your bank &it was accepted by bank.Many time i had suffering your bank or presently am suffering till time.I am very unhappy for your services.After called to Barclay's customer care, he informed me on this outstanding amount. This amount had return to me in Nov-08 after follow up by me, You can check my details in your records if you have.
I had no any transition in Bombay for 4500 rs.I am your very old customer but now I want close this card, i am paying every stalment timely.I am attached the disputing letter which was alredy send to you in 2008.

Barclaycard — BarclayCard charges amount even after card closure

I used a BarclayCard credit card for 6 months. Below are the problems that I find
a. The service quality is poor.
b. Irregular bills.
I closed the card by paying the complete amount amount. After about 2 months I receive a phone call from the BarclayCard collection department
for the payment of some outstanding amount.

I had cleared all the outstanding amount before closing the card , I am wondering why other payments and expected from me by BarclayCard. Its absolute cheating.

After closing the card 15 months ago they are coming back and asking for 6000 rupees.

Guys who have faced the same issue with BarclayCard please contact me. I am planning to take barclaycard to court for falsely inflating the credit card statement. Please contact me on [protected]@yahoo.com
Saddest card don't ever go for this car...I have Amex with 3lak credit limit and barclays gave me 20k. Also they have promised that there would be movie tickets and some kind of welcome kit I have asked them to cancel the new card card.
I am another victim of "priority circle", made calls all over India for 3 months to remove my name from the list. But no use, finally I stopped responding to them. Recently I came to know that they are calculating compound interest on the same.
