Hopeless & Useless Customer Care Dept.

I also got trapped for priority circle membership.

i received my statement on 06-Apr-08. In that you have debited my account with Barclaycard Priority Membership Fees Rs. 5000 + Ser Tax Rs. 618 (Total Rs.5618/-). I had told at that time only that i dont want this membership.

on receipt of statement on 06-Apr-08, i immediately called customer service department...

Bills not received & Worst Customer Service

I had applied Barclay Card & received also. After that I had purchased household item and made that pymt to put in EMI. Now my problem is Iam not receiving any bills till now.I havent received even a single bill, but I had called to Customer Care and Informed the complaint but they said thay will raise Complaint regarding this and send thru mail and within 1week they will send the hard copy. But I havent receive. So kindly take this issue...

Worst Priority Service

I got call from barclay and told by the customecare executive that i have been selected for priority member, and told many benifets, like life time 30% discount on selected outlet, cash back, some travelling package, but all come to false, since i m trying to cancel the membership but I never got the call to priority circle, all went to vain, I called the customer care, they are telling they cant do any thing,

Credit Card

I have following complain against Barclaycard India.
1. Without my concern they entered my name as a priority circle and charged Rs. 5610.
2. Don't send bill statement but asked to pay the above money with interest.
3. I requested them for Delivery of Proof for the bill but they unable to send the delivery of Proof.
4. Without my concern they registered my name as a e-statement.

Wrongly charged and behaved

I used my Barclay Credit card once only and did a purchasing of 250 INR. I was supposed to return the money in first week of July 2008. I made the payment via cheque and I got sms from barclays that this amount they have credited on my account on 4th July 2008.
