It is not at all going, why the hell your are keeping this no in your website(http://www.barclaycard.in). Incase of loss of card how we will reach the customer care. I also got trapped for priority circle membership.

i received my statement on 06-Apr-08. In that you have debited my account with Barclaycard Priority Membership Fees Rs. 5000 + Ser Tax Rs. 618 (Total Rs.5618/-). I had told at that time only that i dont want this membership.

on receipt of statement on 06-Apr-08, i immediately called customer service department...

I had applied Barclay Card & received also. After that I had purchased household item and made that pymt to put in EMI. Now my problem is Iam not receiving any bills till now.I havent received even a single bill, but I had called to Customer Care and Informed the complaint but they said thay will raise Complaint regarding this and send thru mail and within 1week they will send the hard copy. But I havent receive. So kindly take this issue...

I got call from barclay and told by the customecare executive that i have been selected for priority member, and told many benifets, like life time 30% discount on selected outlet, cash back, some travelling package, but all come to false, since i m trying to cancel the membership but I never got the call to priority circle, all went to vain, I called the customer care, they are telling they cant do any thing,

Regarding above subject i was applied and i was recived credit card from barclycard on 3th Jun 2008.I was used that card but last month i was got a call from barclycard that time they was told me you are lucky person for chusing our lucky draw and we are offering to travel plan and also give one gift hamper and i was recived one SMS from Barclycard on 08/09/2008 in that SMS they are mention total debited amount Rs25794/-...

I have applied for Barclays Credit Card in the first week of august, 2008.But even after submitting all my required documents to the designated person i havent received my credit card as yet .It is already more than 1 month and neither am i notified whether when will i receive my card or is it cancelled.all the documents which i deposited to them are pretty confidential and i dont want them to be misused but i m not getting any response from...

One of the representative of BARCLAY Bank has visited my office on 12 July, 08 and asked me to open an saving bank account with zero balance facility in Worli, Mumbai branch. At that time, I was told there will be no charge for account opening. I have asked for the documents and a cheque of Rs.2000.00. I have given my documents and cheque of Rs. 2000.00 to him.

I have following complain against Barclaycard India.
1. Without my concern they entered my name as a priority circle and charged Rs. 5610.
2. Don't send bill statement but asked to pay the above money with interest.
3. I requested them for Delivery of Proof for the bill but they unable to send the delivery of Proof.
4. Without my concern they registered my name as a e-statement.
