1st of nov. But you have reversed the charges .

Still not received any update from your side I
have
again
called the customer support and received my bill
also.
Where
I found you have charged 1555 rs interst charge.

Please clear that I won't pay any bill now
and not
responsible for any late fee charges untill you
will
not
refund that late charges and interest charges.

If you want to block my card you can block also .
Because
now you will not received any payments from my
side.

And I am filing a FIR against you also in
Consumer
court,
Moneycontrol and my personal lawyer ..

I will wait for your reply for next 2 days.

Dear Customer support,

I have not received any update from your side, I
am
escalating this issue to Pehradar @
moneycontrol.com .
As
you have not replied yet .

Pehradar - I called Barclays customer support and
spoke to
executive and she said that you will be charge
500 Rs
excluding service tax. She told me that you have
paid
the
bill after due date. The due date is 28th October
(diwali)
and I made the online payment on 29th October.But
they
charge the late fees.

I have been very disappointed and mentally
harassed by
such
amounts levied on my account.

Please reply to this email ASAP.. I am not paying
the
current bill and would not responsible if you
again
levy the
interest in the next month's statement.

Failure to provide a proper explanation from your
side
will
force me to take the matter to RBI Banking
Ombudsmen
and the
customer court.

Kindly do the needful.

there

So I am not responsible for pay any late charges.

Barclays Credit Card — HEAVY CHARGES AGAINST NEVER USED CARD

I got a barclays credit card a very fine day but dont use it anyplace/time, i was offered a Priority Circle LE membership full of confusion and misselling, when i complaint about it they said they cant do anything and it could not be canceled and i[censored] want to know more call our call center, its been a 1-1/2month i filed my complaint on call centre and on Mails also with the card division they told me to give an application duly signed and I sent them also that but haven't received any solution-call from there side, instead i have called them at least 14 times and mail atlest 6-7 times still recieving irritating collection calls and threatning sms for reffering in credit burue, still waiting for my grievance to be looked upon(I have never use this card), i have not seen such a unprofesional behaviour and Poor service of a credit card of such a repute bank with full of misselling and with no one to look into customer complaints.(I have never use this card)

Barclays Credit Card — Statements not received and Heavy late fee charges

Hi,
I yudester lal not receving a statements from barcalys cards any of these form i.e., hard copy or e Mail.even their toll free nymber given doesn't work at all, when contacted by me on their noida, mumbai and chennai branch no response from them.I have mail to all the concern people of Barclays card and courier service named IT Express. Know their fining me heavy charges for me.
please help in these case.

This is reference to My Complaint No-35743 dated 26 Aug 2008, Personal loan A/c no-[protected] (Customer relationship no-225261).
It was observed that before conformation call your representative committed me 16% reducing interest rate. but during final confirmation call your representative told me 19.5% interest rate, My reply was i don't want any loan from your bank even though bank transfer loan amount in my account. also i refuse to make personal insurance even they issue policy and same amount deducted from my loan amount.

If can check recorded discussion had during final conformation call.I made many complaint with that agency but till today i am not received any commitment from bank.

Looking for favorable reply from your end.

With reference to the above subject, my name is Palanethra Basavaraju Barclays Bank Card Number is [protected] I have taken settlement of 21, 000.00 (but this is my actual amount) for 4 months I made 3 payment for 4th EMI due to financial crises I could'nt made payment of 8, 000.00 but the remain amount made next month itself. even I confirmed with representative than only I proceed.

Now the problem is still in my account it showing 57, 000 balance, I mailed so many e-mail for barclays bank but finally I have got replay saying that your settlement is invalid you have to make 57, 000.00. But I said collection representative whatever late payment made (8000.00) I can bear interest not for 57, 000 remaining amount.

I don't mind to make 8000.00 payment on 4th EMI but the problem is one more personal loan going with Barclays Bank (1, 00000 taken 24 EMI's out of that till remaining amount is 35, 000 (7 EMI's pending) no cheque bounce till. One thing I am not cheating bank or anybody.

So, kindly suggest me in this satiation what action I can take. but present situation I can't make one rupee payment I have to look out my family there are 4 dependent on me.

I hope I get good suggestion from you end. Kindly Solve the problem as soon as possible.
