Dear Sir, Barclays Credit Card no's - [protected] I have received the statement with the due date of Jan’01, 2009. My credit limit reduced from Rs 59000/- to Rs 23000/-. without the confirmation. Being a valuable customer it’s not fair & cheat, it was come to my notice when gone for the shopping. I m not going to continue this card & ready to pay the principal amount at the earliest. As per me following are the payments pending principal toward Barclay’s card . Amount Debited to the card – 240000/- Paid from April ’08 to Jan’09 April – 1200 May – 1210 June -1190 July -1200 Aug -1200 Sep -1150 Oct -1150 Nov -1100 Dec -1130 Jan -1100 Total Paid – 11630/- Pending Payment to be paid Barclays Bank – 12370/- As per the due date, we have deposited the cheque in the Sky Pack Drop Box. Following are the details. Cheque No’s – 684161 Date of Cheque – 27/01/2009. Name of Bank – ABN Amount – 12370/- After this payment, Barclays bank is asking for the more pending payment. Settlement of the credit card
Dear Sir,
Barclay's Credit Card no's - [protected]
I have received the statement .
My credit limit reduced from Rs 11000/- to Rs 21000/-. without the confirmation.
Barclay bank is totally Cheater not fair
i am trying to Settlement from Feb, 10 but whenever i talk to Customer care, it's always told me please talk to Settlement Department.
when i talk to Settlement Department, It's always cheat told that Barclay's Bank is not proving Settlement option now a days when ever it not start, you pay minimum balance
i am paying minimum continue from 6 -8 months, i have already paid much amount .
This is my request if Barclay is not provide me Settlement option then
I m not going to continue this card & ready to pay the principal amount at the earliest.
Please help me out for the settlement the card.

Dear Sir,
This Sam from Bangalore.I had a Barclay card No.[protected].I used this for nearly four months from Feb 2008 onwards. My July Payment Rs.1591 due date is 28-Jul-2008.I put the cheque in their drop box on 25-Jul-2008.They received on 29 -Jul-2008.For this that put some late payment charges .I paid only the actual amount & I called & told them I can’t pay any additional amount because this is not my mistake & since then I didn’t use their card also.
Then later Jan 2009 I got a call from them ask me to pay some amount and made the settle ment.Because of that their agecncy in Bangalore – BAS Infomedia Private Limited collectedRs.200 from me & gave the receipt also.Herewith I attached the copy of that one for your reference.Until now I didn’t receive confirmation letter from them.
Now when I try to apply for a bank loan CIBIL report is saying I have Rs.7524 outstanding with them I have to pay .I called them several times & they asked me to send a mail to [protected]@barclay.com . I got a reply from them I will a reply within 7 days.But 7 days are also over they didn’t reply.So I called them today several times they are not responding properly.So pls help me to what I want to do.

Barclay Cards — REDUCED CREDIT LIMIT WITHOUT INFORMATION
Dear Sir,How the card limit can be reduced without intimation.It is not the way to reduce the card limit.They are charging overlimit on that.
