[Resolved]  Barclays Credit Card — Consecutive phone calls from Barclays credit card

Dear sir/Madam,
First i like to wish my nation for given this online compliant Facility to consumers of India. Through this mail I have registered a complaint to Barclays credit card for the below mentioned reason. I have made the payment on time i.e. with in the due date to Barclay’s credit card collection department and also I have given the receipt number to the collection department telecallers, even they have updated in their system.still I am receiving consecutive calls once in a hour from Barclays card for the payment confirmation. I have already raised a complaint to Barclays credit card customer care department but they are taken my complaint carelessly and also told me this is my duty to inform the receipt number when ever they ask, for that I am receiving almost 10 to 15 calls per day from Barclays card when ever I was in essential work when ever I was in travel even in Sundays when ever I have taken rest, for their activities my mind entirely diverted as well as my work. regarding this Kindly give a solution for me, as well as please inform me is it possible to sue against them for loss of work and concentration, why because for the last four days i have been Tortured by Barclays credit card peoples.

This is rizwana i am using barclay credit card since april 2008. In the month of april i swiped my credit card in GOLDQUEST INTERNATION COMPANY. I am suppose to receive the product. In the month of May 2008, SouthIndia became a big problem, that the Goldquest company is a close and they have cheated many people. Even i too paid Rs. 29, 460 from my barclay credit card.

Even my friend is also joined in the same and paid the paid, once the she came to know that the company is a fake company then she called up HDFC and asked for reveised payment. HDFC bank enquired and they reveised the payment in her card.

So, My question is after calling customer care executives, i requested them that this is unauthorized payment and the amount need to be reveised. But there is no step taken up.

Regulary i am receiving call for the payment. I am ready to pay the interest for the amount which is swiped but i cant pay the full amount. It is unauthorized payment, you people need to reveised that amount into my card.

Cheating and Fraud by Barclays Bank.

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that I am the Credit Card Holder of Barclay Bank, they have not sent the statement for last 01 year inspite of several request only because of raise the late payment fees, service charges etc. That’s why the amount will be high . But suddenly they have hired a Goonda named as Mr. Walia from Delhi and asking for full amount immediately . How can I make the payment immediately? and threatening and torturing me over mobile Phone and land line phone. Not only that He has told me that I will kill your family. What is this ???. Bank cannot do this legally this type of harassment. My purchase amount most probably for Rs.8000/- to 9000/- approximately. He is disturbing my Employer also., that will effect in my service. I am a very middleclass family. I am agree to pay the minimum amount due in monthly basis. I am asking for statement But he is denied to give me the statement .Continuously he is telling me to make the payment otherwise they will attack me with their team. Please help me from Goonda of barclay bank. Only because of raising late payment fees and service charges and to raise the higher bill, the they have made this type of incident. I am 100% agree to pay the minimum amount due against my total outstanding. Gradually I will pay the amount to Bank., but not at a time. Please avoid Goonda which has veen hired by Barclay bank that is completely illegal.

u r harrasing me again & again. i told u that the number on which u call is wrong number. still u people r doing so. that also 15 to 20 times a day. i have to take action otherwise.
