RE: Personal loan in my name

I have taken personal loan of Rs. 1, 66, 300/- from your co. through your agent Mr. Somnath.
While preparing the proposal he assured me that for his loan rate of interest will be 15% on reducing basis.
On 12th of July 2008 he handed overme a cheque of Rs. 1, 56, 957/- and at that time also he assured me that rate of interest will be 15% p.a on reducing basis, keeping faith on his words I have accepted the cheque from him, but on 28th July I have received a letter from your company quoting that rate of interest in my personal A/C will be 26% p.a I was surprised and shocked after receiving this letter, in which rate of interested 26% p.a
Sir I wish to bring your notice that Mr. Somnath had made false statements regarding the rate of interest and he was insested me to accept the cheque, I feel he had made this trick to get his commmission from you and one more costumer to complete his target.
In these circumstances i will not accept this rate of interest of 26% p.a i[censored] are going to reduce the rate of interest from 26% p.a to 15% p.a on reducing basis, it will be accepted to me, otherwise I will pay back Rs. 1, 50, 256/- as under
Loan amt. received by me Rs. 1, 56, 957/-
Less one EMI on[protected] Rs. 6, 701/-

Total Rs. = 1, 50, 256/-
