you cant be retrun at maturity so I WANT TO SAY THIS IS A CHUTIA COMPANY THATS MAKE PEPOLE CHUTIA.

Dear All the customer of Basil international ltd if you want to take your maturity its the right time to charge your local agent who has collected money from you and ell them that you don't know any company and know only you and on your faith have given money to you. Its your hard earned money and you have to take back it from them. If they are not giving you go to to police station with zerox copy of all the documents and complain against the agent. If possible to go the police station with so many peoples at a time who are not getting their maturity.

I have invested arround Rs.75000 in APPELINE (for 6(six) year plan) in North Lakhimpur branch (Assam) but I Almost 2 Years, Company is not given my Maturity.I know almost 80% customers is not received their pending maturity. This is to your kind information & take necessary action.

We the people Kalimpong, Dist. Darjeeling not getting any maturity amount from Basil International co. what can we do now please advice.

I have been invested Rs 50000/- on basil maturity fund and have been matured. When I will get back amount and from where? no office is open now.

Numerous times I have been informing to said e mail ID from last two months regarding this issue but till now I am not receiving any positive response from the said concern except created complained ID number, I try to contact so many times by over phone but they have no reply or mail conformation from them.

So again I heart fully requesting you to please give me maturity money asap.

Are you forget my case history after numerous times informed to you.

Under your kindness I have expressed to you with full believe but regret to you inform you that you have not been giving any response from your end.

My expectation is that I complained to consumer court and I should be found prompt response and it will be solved fast.

I don't know am I WRONG.

If am I RIGHT, please give me at lease one response from your end.

If it is solved from your end, please ensure me, otherwise please inform me it is not possible from your end regarding this issue, then I will be taken decision for suicide and I feel that no one have to take prompt decision from consumer court or fight to convict.

Myself Ms Jhuthika Deb and my husband Late Nikhil Ranjan Dey, we had invested 3( Three ) lacks 22( Twenty Two ) thousand in BASIL International Ltd along with full believe. My husband was Ex Army man ( MES ) and after retirement he was service one TEA garden ( Assam), during this period he had been invested by one by one rupees after hard worked in his whole life. After that when he came to know that above said invested Ltd company is a bogus or ford company then he had been gradually illness because of financial starvation and at-last he has gone to heaven on (09/08/2014) due to huge shock of non returnable rupees from Basil Ltd Company and simultaneously from those day I have been also running on this same path.

Requesting you to please help me and some body have that for legal justices regarding this issue.
