[Resolved]  Bawarchi Restaurant — illegal debit transaction

Dear Sir,

I visited this restaurant on 4th August 2013. They debited Rs 353 from my debit Card(HDFC Bank),
but said that the transaction has failed, so i paid them Rs 353 in cash.
But when i checked my account statement the amount was deducted 4 times out of which it was reverted only 3 times.

But now the Bawarchi Restaurant manager is refusing to pay mine money back.

Hoping to get my problem resolved.
