[Resolved]  Baxter India Pvt Ltd — have not received correct amount of Provident Fund

Dear All,
I was working with Baxter India PVT LTD from 10/06/2006 to 1/06/2010.
As per my working time i should have received my Provident Fund rupees 71548.00 but we have received 49439.00 my Question is where is my 22109 Rupees and i have visited in Baxter CO-Operate office but we did not get good response from them and said this amount had deduct for Charity hut without any information how can they deduct my (Provident Fund) Again i called to Baxter HR Manager four- five time but we did not get good response so finally we have to speak to Consumer court please tell me what should i do now i need your support on the top without your help i cant nothing do so please help me,
