have not received correct amount of Provident Fund

Dear All,
I was working with Baxter India PVT LTD from 10/06/2006 to 1/06/2010.
As per my working time i should have received my Provident Fund rupees 71548.00 but we have received 49439.00 my Question is where is my 22109 Rupees and i have visited in Baxter CO-Operate office but we did not get good response from them and said this amount had deduct for Charity hut without any information how can they deduct my (Provident Fund)...

Refund of financial year ,[protected]
Hi,
Respectfully stated that my PAN card No. is ABTPL6272B ,I did not received TDS refund for the financial year [protected] I have filled the income tax return but till date I did not received any refund. Even whenever i go to income tax department at Vellore they did not respond properly.
Kindly do the needful for refund of TDS.
