[Resolved] Baygon — Duplicate Content | |||
I purchased 1 litre Baygon Pesticide from Big Bazaar - Washermanpet. I have been buying this product for decades to control homicides. However the pack I have purchased last week from above dept store, is a duplicate one. Upon spraying it has no reaction, I had emptied 30% of the bottle still no use. I then did suspect its a duplicate product being supplied to Big Bazaar - Washermanpet. When i did smell the content its not BAYGON, its just a adulterated liquid which is absolutely powerless. Though I have no purchase proof as its a week of purchase but I am sure from the batch number of the product, it can be traced that the product is from Big Bazaar. I am not sure if this tampering is done by the supplier of Big Bazaar or someone else. I have kept the content and the bottle ASIS for authorities to investigate and nab the culprit. Most important I need a genuine product and also such adulteration should not happen when we buy the product again. Was this information helpful? | |||

I did lodge complaint to customer care of Baygon. Who have assured to send their executive who will examine the product and replace it. But my complaint does not end here, it goes further to nab the culprit.

Baygon — Duplicacy
I purchase 500ml bottle of Baygon liquid. But I found totally duplicate of Baygon.All liquid has no smell of Baygon and neither any insect killed by this liquid.
