i am in search of international response coupen which is to be taken from indian post department for stamping on a reply envelope to get a reply from forign country.

the indian post dept , ahmedabad, was not able to understand what is this .. but when they came to understand they gave me the response coupen international which korean postal dept said is of older verson.. now the indian postal dept has the same as given before..

UK National Lottery — to complaint about my received emails

Respected sir i had received a few emails from UK NATIONAL LOTTERY which mentioned that i had won $4,800,00.00 by Mrs.stacy bryan who mentioned she is a authority of claims and processing department.She emailed that she informed about me to barclays bank and simultaneously i too had received mail from barclay's bank representative Mr. Ryan owen that i had won the amount and i had to pay $1,200.00 for transfer of money.I explained that i had not enough money for this transfer to barclays bank then there was no reply.Then i asked help from stacy bryan who told she will help$1,100.00 and i had to pay the remainings.I obeyed to pay $100.00 to her helper. In this case i came to know that these emails are fraud.And the main thing is my colleage said that you had'n't bought tickets and how you will win? This made me to feel shocked because i am a poor student who is starving hard to study in this case i got this email which made me happy.Please i plead you that inform me whether this emails which they say that i had won by electronic balloting system was true or fraud.Please help me in every fields in this case.
