Can this type of mail from BBC lottery department is real or fake. Can I send my details to these people. Please infrom me genuinely. I am confused about this....

Pls provide this type of mail is fake or real.. Can I send my detail information to these sits. What is the possibility of fraud after giving my information to them....

They said i won 94 lakhs and i wants to pay the processing fees which is 12, 499 is this real or fake and i dont know what to do and please help me to get it and my contact number is [protected].

I am very poor and financially backward completely.
Even i don't have mom and dad. So please some one help me guys.
