[Resolved]  Beetel Cell Phone — no spare

Sir, i am j.jayaganesh .my beetel mobile model no gd470 has got touch screen problem,So i have given it for service on 27/05/2012.The service center people told me that they will replace the display.Until today 13/06/2012 they have not delivered me the same.When i enquired them they told me that spare is not available.Then why company like beetel is giving false claim that 1 year warranty is there for their products.since my mobile is under warranty period.
