[Resolved] Bescom — I had not paid one month bill so the concerned person didn't take my permission he directly disconnected the connection. | |||
My RR NO is 1SH47437, Consumer no is[protected], Location code is 1120301. At 1 PM 09/02/2012 at my residence 57, 2 main road, NAL layout, 4 T Block Jayanagar, Bangalore-41. He din't take any permision he directly disconnected the electricty connection. He stated arguments I was telling that I will pay the bill. Is there any rule that he can do dada giri on the people residing in the house. It is like rowdy style. This is not the way to behave with the customers. Is there any rule that if any person has not paid a month bill and if the billing person can come and disconnet without any permision of customer. I told I am paying the bill now also if he can disconnect. The this is making bad impression against the governament. He is telling if you want you complain what they will do. If you want I go and complain he tell! Is this the way to behave. He tells they can't take any action against me. I asked his those employes name they din't. Why governament will not take any action against they. He is not wearing the uniform nor having ID card nor wering shoes. He is not following rules. According to govenament rules governament employes are not the owners of the government they are the government servents. They should not brake rules. Every person should respect the customers.
