Bescom — not crediting of the monthly payment for the month of march 2013

Dear Sir,

I had made my March 2013 payment online thru BESCOM Website on[protected] for consumer no. AEH29545, till date the amount is not credited.

I had raised many complaints thru mails and contacted personnel, there is no proper response from the BESCOM.

I request you to do the needful.
