I here stat that I was applied for BGR Energy System Ltd IPO for 56 Shares with the amount of Rs: 26880/-

I have not alloted any shares by the company.

Till today I have not received my IPO refund of Rs:26880/-

I also visit at Intimespectrum registry Mithakhali,Ahmedabad office but there is no any responsible person there and also they
can't give any answer for that.

So plz do somthing and support me to received my refund back.

Dear Sir/mam,

I madhav khanna had applied for public issue o[censored]r company,
mean while i had to close my hdfc a/c that was mentioned on
the form[protected] hdfc bank the mall , amritasr and shift to bank of india [protected] the mall , amritsar due to unavoidable
conditions.
The refund order that i got from ur company was on the name
of hdfc a/c ,that was already closed and inturn i called up BGR
company and they told to send the refund order to IPO investtor
cell ,Intimespectrum registry ltd , mumbai and so i had send the
requisite documents with requisite details and refund order for modification of bank ac no.
Its been 15 days and i havent heard from any one about the same
.
I tried to call ur BGR and nobody answered the phone .Pls send
me the Intimespectrum registry ltd , mumbai phone no.s and email
id as i really need my money back.

I had applied for equity shares of B.G.R. Energy Systems Limited through Bid cum Application form no. 31628644.

No equity shares were allotted to me and refund order no. for the same amounting to Rs. 47040 was sent to me.

By mistake from your side wrong details regarding my Bank and my saving account have been printed on the refund order.

I had sent the original refund order by Speed Post Date: 05 January 2008 along with the client master issued my Depository to support the details regarding my Bank & saving account no.

It is requested to you to please issue me a new refund order with my correct bank details as under and send it to me as early as possible.

I had sent several reminders to intime spectrum registry ltd regarding my complaint but no action has been taken by them yet.
