Refund order not received yet

I also applied for BGR Energy public issue and still not received refund. I put 3 mails in past 5 days but still not received any reply from them. Also i checked with the postman and he told that he didn't receive any speed post. Uhh!!! after continuous trying on their call center for 3 days I was able to talk with one of the call center employee and she told me to put a mail for stop payment of my refund order. I also put the mail to concern person for stop payment of my refund order before 2 days and still i haven't received any reply.

BGR Refund — Not Received BGR Energy Refund

Dear Sir/Madam
I had applied for BGR and not received refund till date.
Because of sheer negligience on your part I have not received refund till date and missed opportunity to apply in other issues and intrest on the amount.
You had sent the refund check in the name of "NNSINI MISHRA"(INCORRECT) instead of Nandini Mishra(Correct Name) hence I couldn't deposit in the bank.I sent Back the check back to you inorder to correct your mistake and issue the check incorrect name.But nothing had been done yet from your side
Earlier I had been told about the incompetncy of intime employees but I never believed it but looks like I have to change my mind..anyway I request you to please send the check in right name as soon as possible I have received alloted shares though.
