Hi, I want to do complaint about Bharat Booking Holidays (India) Private Limited whose office in Manali (H.P.). I had taken the traveling and vacation package from this firm, the contact person is Aman Mishra who send me the proposal document of Bharat booking package of about Rs. 19000/- per couple for 5N/6D. In this meal plan he is promising that you get one super deluxe room, last day two movie tickets, better dinner and pickup/drop from hotel to bus stand. But actually the Aman Mishra the fraud guy who make false promises and give poor services. He gave only deluxe room in manali and just an economy room in shimla and the dinner was so dirty. Also he didn't give any movie ticket for us, as well as no pickup/ drop from hotel to bus stand. I just say please be alert from Aman Mishra.

BHARAT BOOKING HOLIDAY, they can put you any HORRIBLE CONDITIONS, so to all my brother and sister, my option is do not book with this firm.

the holiday india — failure to provide services promised

These people promised that the tour would include the Himalayas. It did not. Our driver (who was excellent) said that we were hundreds of miles from the Himalayas and asked why we were coming to these places with nothing to see.
In the schedule they also promised a train journey; there was no train journey.
When we arrived we realised that a trainee had organised our schedule and there were many mistakes in it.
It was very badly designed, all the time we had to travel all day to reach another place that was in a slum area with nothing interesting to see.
The hotels were dreadful and in slum areas so we could not walk outside.
I have tried to get them to look at our complaint but they ignore me.

Ya You r exactly right we went on a package for dehi-shimla-manali package we didnt recieve facilities which were told to us.second day it was stated about 5-6 places in delhi but they send a worst vehicle which took seven hours to reach agra.only we were able to see agra that too tajmahal.The next day he gave a worst room in shimla which it was near lift an irritating hotel which was on the top floor where there is one lift to go to the first floor and the next lift to go to the second floor.then we need to climb 3 floors by steps.and it will be like a mountain.that too you need to pay 15 rs up and down for climbing in lift for the first floor and luggage extra.the next day we went to manali and we spent two days.none of the package person met us and the driver got 20000 thousand from us through phone conversation.last day is at delhi.so we started to delhi we all settled in the cab at the last moment there came 2 person that they should settle all the amount in manali itself and as there were heavy snowfall there were heavy traffic.so the vehicle started but they didnt allow us to go.so we two left from the cab as he told that he will drop us to the vehicle where it left.And we didnt have cash as we planned to do credit card payment.as we left there was no power supply.he made us to wait for 2 hours were the vehicle went 5 kms.at last all the amount was settled and the last day the rooms should be booked in delhi as mentioned in package.as all the amount got settled we were scared whether he will give rooms for us.he promised that he will give rooms.atlast the payment was made and he told there is no vehicle to drop. as the manali is full of snow none of the vehicle were ready to take us.he is such a fraud guy he never took us so we walked for about 5 kms.then we went to delhi the next day and he told that he cant give us rooms.there was two people involved in this drama one fraud name is vikas and another fraud name is Aman Mishra they both are such a culprits.they both planned to get money from us for the rooms without informing the owner.there was no response at all.this vikas will tell amen is not agreeying and this amen will tell vikas is not agreeying.then we got the owner number then we talked to him directly and got the rooms as mentioned in the package.there was no drop to the airport as mentioned in package as well. So guys please dont believe this two poisonous guys be aware of vikas and Aman Mishra.do not book packages beleiving them it will be hell for you as none of the facilities will be provided as mentioned.

Very good experience

Just back home from an awesome trip to Manali. We arranged the trip through bharat booking[protected] to[protected] and we would like to thank Ms. Aashi Sharma for making our holidays just wonderful. Though there was a little hiccup initially while planning, Aashi was totally cooperating and carries a commendable accommodating attitude. She was patient enough with the numerous queries and changes we requested. it was a well arranged package where from reception to see off. We have nothing to complaint during this 5 day trip rather we wished to spend some more days there. We really appreciate the meals in very good Hotel with remarkable ambiance. Thanks Aashi for your help and cooperation. Secondly we got one of the best driver ever, He was so impressive and pleasing and we never got lost with him for a single moment. He is an excellent guide with lot of knowledge and energy. Thanks for making our days there more enjoyable. Good service provided by Bharat bookings and holidays. Hotels were neat and clean and good food provided, both Veg/Non veg. only thing the hotel mess starts at 7.30 am and you cant enjoy early morning tea in cold weather of Manali/ shimla. The vehicle provided from Manali Bus stand and for sightseeing were in good condition. Drivers cum guide were very co operative and informative. The tour guide Mr. Abhineet Thakur and company officials were constantly in touch with us for guidance and for resolving any complaints. Overall experience was very good. I will definitely recommend Bharat bookings and holidays to my relatives and friends for Kullu- Manali- Shimla Tour . Thanks for wonderful experience of tour.

Most pathetic experience, ever. I really could not imagine, worst agent very unprofessional. They will keep calling you following up until you pay money. As soon as we paid money we were the one following up and chasing them.
We booked Deluxe package so that we get better facilities. However everything was substandard. First one broken car came to pick us after waiting 30 mins in hot and dusty station after tiring 14 hours Volvo Journey.
Second it took 3 hours for hotel to checkin, no one was ready to clean the room. After checkin the same bedsheet which were used by previous travelers was spread on bed, Quilt was smelling bad and even after our constant request and complain they weren't changed. We had to literally monitor housekeeping for cleaning, everyone was lethargic.
When we complained this to the agent, he doesn't bother and about the broken Car MR Pradeep stated that "We can't change the car, you may even complain about the dent in car, enjoy the view from Window, if main windscreen is broken" Also he shouted on my friend saying that you have communication issues you have given us incorrect number. This was such a impolite and arrogant reply, luckily he had mail for the communication stating his number sent out to all the people while booking this tour, also he was always calling from this number. These people try to put all the blame on this which was again a miss from their end. The appalling behavior doesn't end here.
Before booking the tour everyone was politely answering and agreeing to all the request. We Talked initially with Disha and she said we can plan Rohtang there and then by paying some extra permit charges. As soon we reached we requested for next day Rohtang trip. We had to make 20 calls to these people for the tour, they were least bothered to help. Finally they quoted 6000 for the same broken uncomfortable Alto and 9000 for Gypsy. We did some research on mall road and were able to book a Dezire for just 5000 Rupees. While these ppl quoted double rate for Rohtang pass that too, with much attitude.
On our complain instead of addressing and understanding the issue they ordered us to visit office.
Out of our crucial Holiday time we went to their office for 2 hours narrated whole incidents. We had Solang tour booked which we never took due to all these incidents by them. The person sitting in the office MR Sameer, kept listening and called Hotel manager made some calls here and there and told us that he will get back to us in evening.
Next day we kept calling no sign from him, No sign from MR KEVAL and no Sign from Pradeep. We kept calling no one picked our call. Although we booked the agent for ease of traveling it turned out to be an awful experience, and still no response shameless bunch of people.
We demanded refund for the day when we didn't took the tour, we were told we are eligible for 700Rs Refund, though we were charged much higher. Anyway next day we had a fancy itinerary stating many places, after all this struggle innumerous calls they never had the courtesy to send a better car for the next day journey. All they wanted was money, go hell with customer experience.
The road was completely painful and I was with my mother who is aged and it was very difficult for her and us to travel in an Alto without AC suffering the painful journey, getting dry dirt bath, sweating and frustrating. Only one temple and Gurudwara was covered rest all places were skipped, the Driver was only given 1800 for his Car although they had already charged higher from us. We kept calling the agency for VOLVO details no one bothered to picked until we called complaint number and the guy finally helped us.
Driver left us in front of Flight view at 5:00 while there was no place to sit or pass time and we had no clue about the bus. One SMS was shared with Bus number and driver number, very late after several calls, we called the driver and got to know the bus num is different and all the info is wrong. We still kept waiting for the bus since till 7:00 no clue of bus, we were told it will be there by 6:00 . It was so hot and uncomfortable, our complete experience was pitiable.
Suddenly another call come from someone else complaining the bus is waiting for 20 mins. We were dumbfounded we were standing there only, searching and looking for every bus and no bus came with the number told by driver. We called driver and got to know he has still not reached, then how come he was waiting for 20 mins. We took the driver on conference with the agent to prove. We were suffering for each and every bit in this travel, finally when the bus arrived there were no seats for us.
The agent again called and told the bus is different. When we realized the other bus which was waiting had a different driver number which was never shared. All the passengers were waiting for us, while we were waiting for the wrong bus. Most miserable coordination I have ever encountered.
Finally we boarded the bus and got last 4 seats and reached Delhi. I would recommend not to do the mistake of booking with these people. Before entering in hospitable industry like tourism they should learn some basic ethics, communication, and coordination for dealing with customers. I am planning to file a case soon.
Worst experience with Bharat Booking Holidays

It looks like Bharatbooking has been just money making company & not worried about customer satisfaction.
We went to Kerala including 2 Sr. Citizen, myself, wife & one 2 year child & see below is our bad experience in the tour.

Till Booking they follow us, but once initial booking is done, then we have to follow them. Most of the time the booking person will not be available with her ( Tour Advisor - Ruby Bhatia - [protected]) Mobile phone. They will busy in meetings. And even after meeting they will not call you back.
This is completely unethical business practices to make only money.

Completely irresponsible staff in Bharatbooking.
When we reach to Ernakulam Junction (ERS), the driver started demanding for payment. This was not even informed to us by Bharatbooking to pay any amount to the driver.

1) "Emerald Inn" Munnar on 4th Nov 2016 :-
Worst rooms provided in Emrald IN hotel which is underground -3 floor where complete Suffocation, very difficult to breathe even.
We cannot even open the windows as lots of waste outside & dirty smell.
The hotel staff applied room freshener in order to remove the dirt smell.
Insufficient lighting in rooms (only 2 small bulbs). Even Lights/Electricity gone 3-4 times and my child started crying.
The room phone service is not working so every time you have to go personally 3 floors up & contact them.
Washroom Shower not working. Mosquitoes inside room.
Free WiFi is not connected, very less Bandwidth.
Spend 2 hours & money wasted in calls with Bharatbooking to Sort out this issue before check-in to hotel.
The hotel owner requested to spend the night here & next day morning he will shifted us to another property i.e. 'HightRange Inn'. This has been confirmed from Bharatbooking as well.

2) "HighRange Inn" Munnar on 5th Nov 2016 :-
Wasted our half day for shifting from "Emerald Inn" hotel to "HighRange Inn" hotel in Munnar
The toilets are leaked from the backside. When you apply flush water comes out from the backside.
Wash basins also leaked.

3) The driver (Naushad[protected] was driving with completely irresponsible behavior. We have luckily saved almost twice from the accident.
As per the agreed tour itinerary, we supposed to cover Photo Point, Jungle Honey Bee Nest, Madupetty Dam/Lake, DTPC Boating, Elephant Arrival Spot, Cinema Shooting Point, Echo Point, GundalaLake, Spice Plantation, Pothamedu Sunset View in Munnar.
But he has covered "Rajmachi" only for 5 hours. (2 hours in queue for bus & 3 hours for sight visiting). By doing this he gets Rest & his Diesel is also saved. He is a Big Cheater.

4) "Charles Premier inn" Thekkady on 6th Nov 2016 :-
Here we were, completely surprised when we reached in a hotel, they told us your booking is not confirmed. The Bharatbooking driver also surprised as he had details to shift us in "Charles Premier inn" hotel.
After communicating with Bharatbooking, finally come to know that our hotel stays is changed to "Horn Bill Cottage". This has been not confirmed with us initially.
Completely messes up. We have again wasted 2 hours to get all these clarifications.

5) "Horn Bill Cottage" Thekkady on 6th Nov 2016 :-
"Horn Bill Cottage" is not a hotel it's a Cottage.
Tube light is not working. Only one light is working.
Lots of mosquitoes & Lizard are moving inside the room.
Only a single person who is very rude in nature, giving the service by calling on his mobile number or going down to call him personally.
We have waited for 45 minutes to get hot water for a bath but the water heater is not working at all.
For Breakfast, Tea with Bread provided.

6) AC DELUXE HOUSEBOAT Alleppey on 7th Nov 2016
This is the lowest grade ordinary houseboat where Diesel smells inside the room.
When we started AC in the night, it's gas started leaked out and the lights are gone for 30 minutes. We moved out of room & finally come to know that AC cannot be started.
Lots of mosquitoes and Lizard moves on Ceiling when we go to bed.

How can a family with 2 year child and 2 senior citizens stay here?
This is really bad experience with hotels provided & not covered the places which has been agreed by Bharatbooking company.

Send heavily worn out cars with pathetic drivers
Don't pick up calls when we wanted change of hotel, booked hotel in under construction place, with dust and stinky rooms...
Hope God forgives them for their frauds

I booked a trip to vashino devi for my parents through bharat booking.I dropped my parents at the scheduled place and the said volvo was there on time.After my parents reached there they had to wait for an hour before a room was allocated to them.Apparently there was some miscommunication between the hotel and bharat booking.other then that there were no issues from their side.It was a good experience overall.
Worst tour ever.
