[Resolved]  Bharat Booking Holidays (India) Pvt Ltd — Not providing the breakup of the bill for tax purpose

I have gone for a 8 days holiday and the holiday package was finalized with Bharat Booking holidays. I had been to Kullu, Manali, Shimla, Delhi and Agra from 3rd Dec till 11th Dec. Initially they have not booked the accommodation till the last moment and they realized that only when 2 days before the holiday when I called them for confirmation (advance was paid earlier).
Later they booked in different hotels and other things went well. Before we complete our holidays I had discussed with Mr Manoj and Mr Suresh and they both agreed that later any point of time I can contact them and get the detailed breakup of my total bill. As every one know, this breakup is required to claim LTA. I have sent the request email on 16th Dec and later two times I have chased them by email. Almost 15 times I have called them and till today I have not got my breakup details.
Last Thursday I had called again and unfortunately the person picked the call was not even courtias enough to speak to me politely also. I was trying to tell him that I have been chasing this from almost one month and even though I had spoken to him earlier 2-3 times, he was not aware of the issue at all (which means he was not even bothered to look at my email). He was thinking I had not received the receipts and that was not the case or issue. Once I explained to him what is the issue (I think 15th time to the company people) he was like "he can not do anything" and when I told him that I have to go to consumer court, he was so rude that he was telling me whatever I want I can do. I dont think such behaviour is expected from the people who are in Travel business.
Even if I ignore the above mentioned issue, the main issue of getting the breakup of my expenses is not resolved yet. Not sure how to get this resolved as I am not finding any responsible person in the company who can resolve this issue. I thought of putting my complaint here before I take further action of going to consumer court.

Dear All, We had a memorable tour of Rajasthan from 7-10 to17-10.Mr.Punit, the person incharge, proved himself efficient, considerate tour manager and himself dearer to all o[censored]s by his dignified behaviour and pleasant manners. He knows well-how to behave with elderly persons.The coach was good and the A/C never faild.It was driven by Mr.Sharma who is defenitely one of the finest and safest drivers. There was not a single incident of abrupt application of break in panic.We were in the most safest hands of Mr. Sharma and were never worried eventhough he was not well in the later part of the tour.I am thankful to Bhararbooking for providing us such a nice pair of human beings. Everything went on smoothly as planned.We enjoyed entire tour tremendously.But some hotels were not good, particularly Shanti Residency Jaisalmer. Stay at Blue Heaven Jaipur, Hotel Kothi Heritage Jodhpur andHew Park Pushkar were really good and upto the mark. Hope next time this flaw will be removed. Ms.Tanya and Ms.Monika were too nice and ready to provide all the information i asked for.They were very clear and accepted few modifications, I sggested in the itinery.They proved good and efficient marketers. We went on for our Manali trip that we booked by Bharat Booking Holiday. Our trip started from 26/1/13 and ended on 30/1/13. The arrangements made by Bharat Booking cant be explained in words. They made our trip one of the most memorable and best trip. The Cab facility was simply amazing very good and the driver Mr Surender, the most generous person we have ever met. He always takes care of our goods and we also handed many times him the bag which was carrying a huge sum of money but he never gave a peek in it. The hotel 'Naina Resort' was simply outstanding. The view we had from our balcony made the environment even more romantic. The services provided by the team member of Naina Resort was also very excellent.Naina Resort G.M. Mr. Ras Thakur is very nice person. At night Manager of Naina Resort arranged a disc party in resort which was the most memorable party we ever had. After this whole trip we were not willing to leave but we have to. Thanks Bharat Booking and also thanks to Manya Singhania for give us a right guide and make our trip very beautiful.
