[Resolved] Bharat Gas - Abhinav Gas Agency, Bialaspur (C.g) — Non-delivery of cylinder

My consumer No. is 014418. I have booked for a cylinder for home delivery on 12.01.2009 with Abhinav Gas Agency, Bilaspur(C.G) ( Bharat Gas). But till to-day I have not received the gas even after 26 days. I have reminded the agency repeatedly but of no vein. Sometimes they are saying that the cyclinder will be supplied within one or two days and sometimes they says that the cylinder has already been delivered. I think there is no proper system of gas delivery with the agency and they are replying casually. To get a cyclinder from the Agency has become very difficult and they are not properly replying also. Kindly look into the matter and advise the Agency for proper distribution of the gas. my consumer no is 19805.ihave booked a cylender for home delivary, on 22-11-10.with abhinav gas agency, Bilaspur(bharat gas), till to day 18-12-10.ihave not received the gas, even after 26, days.while enquaring the position, they dont attend the telephone.i think there is no proper system for distributing the cylender, and send it as per their wish and send it becomes very difficult to get a cylender.even they are not telling properly with their customers You are requested to kindly take up the matter with the agency and advise them properly

My Consumer no is 20300, my name is G Shankar Rao, my problem is i am not receiving money in my account, this issue we are facing after january, in january we got the money in account but after then while these three months we are paying full amount to the delivery boy of abhinav gas agency, but remaining amount after deduction we are not getting in my account...really we are facing problem, , wen we are talking to the abhinav gas agency people they are giving helpline number but everything is worthy...please resolve this issue admin...hope we will get our amount back...
