[Resolved] Bharat Gas Agency Rudrapur — Delay in Delivery

I have book a gas cylinder in Bora Gas Agency (Distributor Code 117475) Rudrapur, Uttrakhanad at 23 October. My Consumer No. Is 17322. when I go at Agency or ask at Phone I get straight reply we have not the quota of cylinder. In this agency now-a-days Manager is not appointed. I have also make many calls to Customer care and Regional Complaint Centre at Barailly. They are giving me different mobile numbers to talk but no one is responding and if responding then they are misguiding only. I have only one cylinder and now in these days my family is suffering. I have book a gas cylinder in Bora Gas Agency (Distributor Code 117475) Rudrapur, Uttrakhanad at 19 March 2015 .Till date no delievery . I have visited agency 4-5 times leaving my office but I get straight reply we have not the quota of cylinder. I am resident of Omexa society but still they have so bad service ..In this agency now-a-days Manager is not appointed. Due this my family is facing huge problem.
