[Resolved] Bharat Gas — Gas refill booking only after 21 days | |
Pls.deliver this to the Bharat Gas Customer Support div. complaints. Dear Sir/Madam I am a consumer of Bharat Gas and my consumer card no. is 3906 registered with "Shubh Jyoti. Bus Stand, Khargone, PIN- 451001 M.P." When consumer go to the agency office to book gas cylinder refeel then they are being asked to come only after 21 Days for cylinder booking. I have read in a news paper that there is no such condition applied that " A consumer can book gas refeel only after 21 days" and a consumer can book gas refeel when it is needed. Sir/ Madam, hereby I would like to request you to kindly let me know the fact about this situation. If there is no such time limit for gas refeel booking then kindly give direction/ instruction to "Shubh Jyoti, Bus Stand, Khargone, PIN- 451001 M.P." while booking gas through phone, there is no response. the staff not even attending the call. this happens everytime when booking gas through phone. please take necessary actions as soon as possible...

I am a consumer of Bharat Gas registered with "Konch jajaun, PIN- 285205 U.P.."
When consumer go to the agency office to book gas cylinder refeel then they are being asked to come only after 21 Days for cylinder booking.
I have read in a news paper that there is no such condition applied that " A consumer can book gas refeel only after 21 days" and a consumer can book gas refeel when it is needed.
Sir/ Madam, hereby I would like to request you to kindly let me know the fact about this situation.
If there is no such time limit for gas refeel booking then kindly give direction/ instruction to "konch "jalaun "U.P. diatributer
You are requested to please reply at your earliest and oblidge. And i have already sent a lot of complaint to you but no action is performed till now, Kindly grace me on.
