My consumer no(149).I received the cylinder on 19.01.10 after 25 days from the date of booking.(23.12.09).Now i want to book another cylinder on 25.01.10.But in our agency (Shri Kumaran gas,MMDA,Chennai) they are refusing to book and asking me to book after 11 days.Kindly do the needful immediately.

I have also a complaint that here we can buy cooking gas in black market without any delay, if we r going to book in agency (Oorja Bharat Gas Agency, Meetha Pur Chowk, Badarpur, New Delhi-110044) they told the same reason of 25 days after get st cylinder.so kindly do anything as soon as possible.

I(Con.No.2110) had booked gas through SMS on 1 Aug 2011on Bharat gas cherthala(Distbutor cod 115431) Till I have not recived gas.While enquiry I understood that bill was issued on 10 aug 2011.The agency is no taking any action prior to the complaint filed by us.Pleas take necessory step.
I had booked gas at prasanth gas agency chertha through sms on 02/07/2013 . Ihave not received cylinder.
