Milind Gas Service agency, Milind Market, Keshopur Vilage, New Delhi who have been appointed by Bharat Gas
1. is not supplying the gas cylinders on time,
2. giving false pretexts of short supply of gas cylinders,
3. its staff is misbehaving with customers who come to book their orders.
4. Normally they keep their telephone lines busy to avoid the customers
5. The last supply of gas cylinder to us was on 3rd Jan08 against our consumer number 219 and our request for another gas cylinder was thrice refused by refusing to write even the report
6. and on 28thJan, 08 their staff denied having refused us the supply and were seen refuting their customers like beggars

No Supply of Domestic Gas Cylinder
Dammo gas Service agency, vivak vihar, , Delhi who have been appointed by Bharat Gas
I Dinesh chander booked gas, connecion no 3264 on dt 11.02.2010 But till date They are not supply gas cyclender.
1. is not supplying the gas cylinders on time,
2. giving false pretexts of short supply of gas cylinders,
3. its staff is misbehaving with customers who come to book their orders.
4. Normally they keep their telephone lines busy to avoid the customers
kindly look this matter and solve my probelam as soon as possiable.

    Our consumer number is 219 and we are registered to get the supply of cooking gas from Milind Gas Serveice, Milind market, Keshopur Village, Vikas Puri from the last 25 years. Last gas cylinder was supplied to us on 3rd Jan,08. We wanted to book another cylinder but the request was refused to register three times. On 28th Jan,08 the supply was again refused and the staff of Milind Gas Serveice was treating customers very disgracefully. The general residents of the area are not aware of any gas shortage and the gas dealer's men are seen supplying the gas cylinders on black marketing rates. But the gas cylinders remain in short supply for home cooking.

    You are requested to correct this situation and please request your distributors to behave amicably with the residents who are asking for this basic life need from them on cost not as free service.

    Milind Gas Agency, Vikas Puri — Regarding for the cooking gas

    Dear Sir,

    I am very disappoint from this Milind gas agency. They never picking up their phones. All numbers are always respond busy. Last two days I am continuesly dialing thier numbers: 28540285,28540750, 2854788, 28545600 but there was no response. So we can not understand what to do.

    Please I would be very grateful if you could please help me out this problem.

    There is any online booking facility available?

      Complaint against : Mr. Manchanda
      Dealer of H.P. Gas
      Amba Market, Ambala City
      Haryana (India)

      Gas connection No. 3101 in name of Shyam Sunder Goel, R/o 1125-B-9, Kartar Nagar, Model Town, ambala City having double refils. One refil remained always empty for the last two years. IInd refil always been filled after atleast 10 days of emptying of the only refil available. Booking dated 07.01.08 not supplied till date. Both cylinder empty.

        This complaint is about Bharat Petroleum Petrol pump (Company owned company operated RO) Pump in No.94, Velachery main road, Guindi, Chennai - 600032.

        Staff of this pump cheat customer by engaging them in talks like credit card payment. While talking and asking about how much petrol you need (example Rs. 500)

        one of them will clear the meter and start putting the petrol. You will just hear a click sound and the meter will show Rs.100. When asked why he had put only for 100, he will then reset the meter and put for 400.

        This had happened couple of time to me! Growing suspicious, when I started arguing why the second person did not consult me before putting the petrol. They agreed to put for Rs.500 after showing the first reading for Rs.100. This confirms that no petrol went in for Rs.100 the first time.

        Another thing I noticed is, though there are more than one petrol pump in this station they always keep only one open so that 2 or more attenders join in a single pump to divert the customer.

        Customers watch out! Will BP take action??

        Sub: Cheated in range of 4 to 7 litres of Hi-Speed Diesel from your company petrol pump in Velacherry, Chennai [Car was Swift Diesel, VDI, Silver Coloured, Karnataka Registration].

        It happened between 1.30 PM and 2.00 PM on October 19, 2008. One attendant started filling from zero. Another attendant asked me if I am interested in a card started showing card features on a board. Suddenly the first attendant stopped filling and said that it is set for Rs. 1000/- (actually he had stopped earlier and entered Rs 1000/- it was flickering when I saw it). Then I had to fill for ~Rs 550/- to fill my tank fully. I realised later as I had ~ 10 litres of diesel in my tank before filling [Full Tank= 43 Litres]. I couldn’t have filled another 39.24 litres as shown in the Bill. I could have filled anywhere between 32 to 35 litres of Diesel. I hope this does not happen to anyone again.
        This complaint is about ANAND SUPER SERVICE STATION, opp hansraj college, malka ganj, DELHI-7. TIN-:[protected], Tel No.[protected], 23855543.

        These people and staff is cheating in delivery of petrol even never ask about which petrol customer want normal or speed they just start filling the tank with speed petrol without asking the customer and when i inturpt they say its now machine is ON and cant be changed (whole staff is like that cheater), secondly even if i ask them to put normal petrol its less than the money i give, they cheat openly in that.
        Couple of times i had been to above mentioned petrol pump, and asked them to put fo Rs .1000 but petrol which they put is lesser than the value what i give them. So this time i took a bowl for checking the litre of petrol and asked the staff to put in that a litre petrol and it was lesses than a litre, when complained about that noone over there took it seriously and when i said i will complaint about this they said do it and none cares its order from our owner and when i said want to meet the manager of pump they said dont need to visit the petrol pump i[censored] have problem.

        i have no other option to go to other petrolpumps everytime because above mentioned pump is in my way and suits me according to my timings and i know i have been cheated everytime of thousands of rupees..Inlast i was so frustated that i thought to give a time make a complaint for the petrol pump.
        i am complaning this complaint to different bureos and Goverment offices who look it into this matter, so that hundreds of people who r getting cheated like me everyday should be stop.

        kindly see to my complaint and please update me with that whether action is taken regarding above mentioned petrol pump or not.

          Bharat Gas — delay of giving cylinder

          I have booked a cylinder for home delivery on dated[protected], but they have booked actually on[protected].

          On date[protected] with order no.758,when I booked they said,within 4 days cylinder will be delivered.
          After 8 days when I called they said 2-3 more days will take.
          On date[protected] when I again called for home delivery,the dealer said it has not been booked from you so far and now I am booking for your name.
          Though,it has been completed one month and I did not get a cylinder so far.
          I have called so many(15) times to this dealer but they are not responding in a proper way.They used to say everytime that on evening,the cylinder will be delivered but till now I did not get a single cylinder for the last ONE month.
          Therefore I am kindly requesting you sir, please take a certain kind of action on above agency.

          In Anekal belonging to Bangalore District from your dealer Hithyeshi Enterprises we are getting gas cylinders for 45 days but we need it for atleast 25 days. If we ask it for 25 days from your dealer they denies but they say wether we give 600Rs per cylinder they give immediately. Please solve this problem.
          Bharat GAS Customer service is very very poor.

          It is everytime problem from your Kajupada-Anjali gas service egency to delay in delivery of gas cylinder.
          This time I asked for cylinder on dated:23/02/09.
          Till date I have not recived.
          Their typical all time reply is that we are not getting cyclinders from our company which I cannot belive perhaps you also.Two days back Mr. Deora Annunces that there is no shortage of LPG.
          But here is only one agency-ANJALI GAS AGENCY is facing for shortage of Bharat gas cylinder.
          If realy shortage of LPG then its ok.Otherwise there should be legal inquiry for Anjali GAS SERVICE AGENCY AT KAJUPADA KURLA (WEST).
          From almost one and half year I J.C.Suryawanshi (customer id:[protected]asking for extra cyclinder.The reason is that your(kajupada branch) service is very poor.You (kajupada branch) always taking more that one week to deliver the cylinder and that is also only when I am contacting to Mr Ghadi.
          Where r u delivering these cylinder with getting extra money I don't know?
          Their are two ways to solve this regular problem
          At my statrt here I was having two options 1) HP & 2) Bharat Gas (Anjali gas service)
          HP was offerning two cylinders But I applied for you the region is very common.
          But after contious delay in cyclinder delivery i found that it was my mistake to join you.
          One way is to go for HP(to solve my mistake) if you not ready to give extra cylinder.
          Second way is that I have always to wait for your your delayed service.

          Hopefully we will take the final decision.
          Once again thanks for your poor service. I i will not continue this mistake.

          Anjali Gas Service (Kajupada Branch) is the WORST Branch ever. Every time i face problems in delivery of gas cylinders.
          This time i asked for cylinder on dated 20/10/2009 till today i have not received & the person sitting at Kajupada Branch says it will take another 5 days to deliver the gas cylinder.
          I have only 1 cylinder consumer no. 30323, I asked for 2 cylinders connection but you people are not giving connection for the same.
          Truly your Kajupada Branch service is very poor. It always takes more than 1 week to deliver the cylinders but you people (Bharat Gas) advertise delivery within 24 hours but in actual consumers like me having 1 cylinder connection receive their cylinders only after 1 week. Even the person sitting at Kajupada Branch dont have manners to speak to consumers.

          Anjali Gas Service (Kajupada Branch-Andheri (E) is the WORST Branch ever. Every time i face problems in delivery of gas cylinders.
          The Cylinders which you provide for the customer, They are giving in BLACK to Hotels, Shopkeepers...
          This everything knows who is receiving the calls for Gas Booking, He is also involved in this.
          plz look into this matter as soon as possible...

            I am consumer of Indian Oil since 14th March 1983 and my LPG connection is 5406. I was rented when i had gone through with LPG facility and on 1st July i was shifted to my own home (117/Q/22 L.I.C. society Sharda Nagar, kanpur) and countinously i as getting gass services from Sat Sai Gas Services (shop No. 3, Lakhanpur, Gumti No. 11)
            I booked my gass on 10th September 2007 but there was no delivery till 15th september 2007, on confirmation I got that my Gass Connection is transferred to Bhagwat Indian Gas (Shop No. 253 Near J.K. Mandir, Kanpur). When I asked to Sat Sai Gass Services that why my connection is transffered to Bhagwat Indian Gass whiout any prior information, but there was no statisfactory response. When i requested to Bhagwat Indain Gas to again transfer of my connection to Sat Sai Gass Service, the concern Manager has denied to do this.
            The distance of sat Sai Gas Service from my home, is approx 1km and Bhagwat Indian Gas is on approximate 5km, and this is too inconvenient.
            This is my humble request to you that kindly consider my problem and help us to shift that connection to previous Gass Service (Sat Sai Gas Services) provider.

              We have booked our gas on 4/08/08 with your distributor Indiquip Ltd., Nr.Samartheshwar Mahadeve Temple, Opp. Law Garden, Ahmedabad. My customer no. is 63214.
              1.Since last four to five times we have to send oue man at their office to book the cylinder.Telepone lines are engaged.
              2.Whenever we send our man for reminder, we get the answer-our man has already left the office with your cylinder and you will be receiving the cylinder today.
              Kindly look in to the matter and take necessary action on your part against any unfair practice carried out at the agency.

My Consumer No. 12607 agency is Ashwani Enterprises, Ashok Nagar, Delhi-110093. we have already booked LPG for home consumption on First Week of April 2009 but till yet we have not received any response from Ashwani Enterprises . We approaced more than 3 times personally, all the time they said it would be delivered today. So you think how a survive the one cylinder with this poor service.

              please solve the problem immediatly and kindly do give delivery immediately.

                I face very poor response from Mahalakshmi Enterprises (Bharath Gas Distributors )No-2153, 2nd cross, 17th Main HAL 2nd Stage, Bangalore[protected]tel no:[protected], 25274252,[protected] every time I try to do a cylinder booking. First of all their phone line is all the time busy. It seems like they keep the phone off the hook. And if you are lucky to make a booking which they promise will be delivered in a week's time doesn't happen for at least 15-20 days. In fact if you don't follow up, they don't bother to deliver at all. on 22-01-08 I booked for refill through on line booking facility and got waiting list No-17. despite 16 days lapsed no refil is delivered till date. on personal visit to the distributor with complaint they behave rudely. Furthermore, it was observed that on delivery of the refill the date of the delivery on the delivery receipt always found with a prior date mentioned where as the physical delivery of the refill is being done on a later date i.e the bill date for bill No-34871- consisting date - as[protected] where as the refill was delevered physically on 30-11-07. this is regular feature. with 7 family members each LPG refil last for 20-22 days only in my case and the delay is causing lot of hardships to me. I request that the Bharath Gas authorities look into the matter and do the needful and advice some means to get the refill at least within 25 days please. Further, to my surprise on checking the company website i.e. www.ebharatgas.com I noticed that the website does not contain complaint page / option incorporated in it. Neither the FAQs nor the customer services page contain any complaint making proceadure / option. It appears that they ignored it deiberately if I am not wrong. Hoping for an early solution.

                Please check for the details of my each month bookings and delivered dates, each time the cylinder is delayed for delivering and also I need to drop into your distributor office then the cylinder is delivered then why should I book the cylinder through a call and check for delivering again does it have any meaning of wasting my time and money behind calls even after the delivering boy's Demand for extra money of 22-00 Rupees is 5 or 10 Rupees not enough or its a collection collected by the delivering boy's purposefully for the sake of the office pls check for the details and do the needful.

                I have been transfered on my job from Adilabad to Nizamabad. in this connection I made my LPG connection transfered to Nizambad by taking Termination Voucher(TV058) from Adilabad Gas Agency, Adilabad on 5/9/2008.
                Now the problem is that the Agencies at Nizamabad town are not considering the same, and issuing a connection to me at this place. For the last two months I'm facing lot of inconvienence due to this delay.
                So, please persue and speed up to issue me transfered connection immediately.

Every time travelling 25 kms we have to personal visit to the distributor for booking when we ask about not picking phone they say after 5 p.m we will not attend and sometime lunch time and we can notice in front o[censored]s if phone is ringing they don't bother to respone. Furthermore, it was observed that on delivery of the refill they demand more than bill amount by Rs. 15/- to 20/- without giving bill if we demand bill they say we have forgotten. this is regular feature. with 7 family members each LPG refil last for 20-22 days only in my case and the delay is causing lot of hardships to me.                 Their license should be withheld, MUTIPLE instances of negligence.Cylinders sold by the delivery guys in black.Even though i am having double cyclinder end up with out gas for days.Their phone lines are are buzy for ages, even if on some blue moon day you get through the executives are highly rude and dont have an iota of customer service.Its high time something been done.Even in 21th century its hard to believe people with such attitude/negligence are being allowed to run any kind of business.Strong action needs to taken.I need to move out of Bharath Gas and its affiliates.

                i am the customer of bharathgas for past 9 years.In this 9years the first 4 years i was not having any problem but nowadays the person who delivers the gas is asking money to deliver the gas this is not happening not only to us but to each and every one.If he is asking the money with one who has then no problem but if the person is not having then.As a customer we need an immediate response to this problem so i kindly request you to take the necessary action for this problem.Hoping a best result for this problem.
                The number lines are always in busy mode at any point of time from morning till evening and the attitude towards the customer is very bad even to give the booking no they simply cut the call saying 20 days and even the delivery boy takes the advantage of this situation by selling the cylinders at higher price for the demanded people with single cylinders.They need to work out on this situation as many people in this area are being looted with this agency.
                we are the consumer of bharath gas since last 15years.Our distributers are mahalakshmienterprises, H.A.L2nd stage bangalore.From Last one year their service is poor, worst, untolerable.All other gas agencies delivery the refill cylender within a week from booking.But this worst distributer never gives us the cylinder before one month if we order for it.they have the worst service that we have to remember them to send it to us.

                Please take some action against them.other wise you will lost costemer aswellas reputation of your company.
                I agree with all of them, i have never faced so many problems and bad serive with any other sector or agency. They never never pick up their phone. I tried for continously 3 days, when i got through some staff over there and literally she was so rude and bad that i gave up the idea of taking the refilling from them . They are the worst staff and agency i have come cross in my life...

                  The staff at Sree Munusamy Gas Agency, velachery are not responding properly. If call the them then reply comes that come directly, we need to take off and go there by person. If we ask something from them right way the answer is "statements like avoiding us". They are not ready to solve or take actions, just through some words. They are not noting our customer code and giving priority. Simply saying that come next week, if we go next they say its finished, yesterday. Come after 15 days. The same words are repeating last 2 years upto my knowledge.

                  Bharath gas please take the necessary action.
                  It not only they are lathargic they way they respond is third rated.They dont even know how to talk to customer. We are holding two cylinder, so we have the option of booking twice a month.We agree there may be some delays during some crisis but the same cannot be happened the whole year, Early I got transferred from Mylapore I never faced such a worst situation happening with this munusamy gas agency.It better they can close the agency if they are not able to provide the service.When as stated above by the previous poster.Whenever we call the number they've given non of them is picking the phone.Even they pick the phone the only answer we get is after 15 days.How long they will take to deliver a cylinder. They are taking 23 days after booking one cylinder to another they again 15 days to deliver the 2nd one. All most more than month to get a cylinder.

                  Its really really worst than where ever. I strongly agree previous poster comment better not its if they close the agency.

                  I totally agree. We are behind them for 3 yrs for additional cylinder. Their representative speak as though they give cylinder out of their pocket money.                     The Bharat Gas claims to deliver the gas-cylinder to its consumer within 24 hours of booking.I am

                    The Bharat Gas claims to deliver the gas-cylinder to its consumer within 24 hours of booking. I am a 50 years old house wife with severe heart problem. I am having a double Cylinder domestic LPG connection of Bharat Gas with service provider ‘ASHA DEEP’, 852 M.B. Road, Birati, Kolkata –700051. On last 16/12/07 a LPG refill was delivered to me.
                    Accordingly I booked for another one on last 06/01/08 (this is because of their declared rule of taking gas booking after 21 days of last delivery date) but despite reparative reminder it is not being delivered as on 17/01/08 and the staffs are misbehaving with me over telephone. Now, situation is critical as my entire (both) refills are now finished.
                    I don’t know what to do. Please do something.

                      the complaints are genuine as the gas cylinder distributor / agency harasses the customers and not provide satisfactorily services. Concerned Bharatgas authorities should take constructive steps to check thier improper services and adamant behaviour towards the customers.

                        Whenever I book my gas I have to go through a lot of problems. For booking the gas, the number of the gas dealer is never available. Try the whole day, you will never hear the phone ringing, instead I think they have put off the receiver from the phone so that nobody will call them. This is a great harrassment. I have booked my cylinder on 24.1.2008 from the phone number which is kept inside the room (dealers room). The lady sitting there told me not to ring on this number[protected]. I told her that when I am not getting your other numbers, 2656772 and 26567558 what should I do. She told me that both the phones are always busy, I asked her what should I dowhen I am not getting those numbers. However, she booked my cylinder and told me not to ring on that number again. Today by luck I got the other number after trying a lot on the phone numbers mentioned above and the lady told me that your cylinder will come today. The time is 4.50 till now I have not received the cylinder. The cylinder never reaches in time and we never receive a good response from the lady sitting there. The Address of the Dealer is

                        Whenever I booked my double cylinder gas bottle I have to go through a lot of problems. For booking the gas cylinder, the number of the gas dealer is never available.                           also experience difficulty in getting timely delivery of gas cylinders. I booked for a cylinder 15 DAYS BACK but till date, no delivery has been made. My connection is with M/S. Ashwani Enterprises, Ashok Nagar, Delhi-93. (Consumer No.1877). Their telephone numbers are also always kept engaged, and hence, every time I have to go in person to book for cylinders.

                            Hello Sir,

                            This is regarding the poor customer service at Sunny Gas service.
                            Since last two days, I have been making calls to Sunny gas service (a rajouri garden branch for Bharat Gas), but their phones are going busy, This is not the first time, its is happening. It is their regular feature. The customer service agents can be seen busy attending their personal call everytime you visit the branch. They are least bothered to listen to you. That is why most the time you call there, their phones are engaged. Either they put the receiver down or just keep the phone busy with their personal calls. Even they are not polite in their tones.
                            Kindly, look into the matter and do the needful as soon as possible.

I have been dialing there numbers mentioned on the bill for last 10 days to book my gas however numbers are always busy. this is pathetic since my other cylinder is about to get over and am left with no option. either this gas agency should be shut down or given to some responsible personnel to run.

                            This is to bring to your kind notice that I have recd a cylinder last saturday (31.12.11). But the cylinder is less in weight. Myself, a lady can lift it easily and it shakes well when handled with one hand like a empty cylinder. Till this time I have never lifted a cylinder in my life span of 40 years. I called the gas delivery person and he said ask the agency. Since agency mail id is not available, I called them. They said they will check with person. As we working people relay and ask the cylinder delivery boys to leave the cylinder, this is the situation.

                            Kindly IOC has to help and provide a way for this.

                                Dear Sir,

                                I am a resident of Naigaon (vasai - Thane) and is using Bharat gas. I am writing this complaint to you with a hope that you will solve our problem, which is increasing day by day.

                                Sir, your officers/ workers are not ready to supply us the gas cylinder even within 15 days, when we book the cylinder they say it will come in 2 - 3 days but when we call them after 5 days their reply is it will come after 28 days.

                                Sir, they are creating a mess for us. I am writing this complaint with lots of hope.

                                  I'm Pune based active consumer (consumer No :- 26454) of Bharat gas for last 4 years, having only single cylinder, not getting double even after doing a several follow-ups with dealer. The Dealer Ratan Enterprises & his staff are very rude don’t even know the professional behavior. Not cooperative. Forcing us to go and purchase the cylinder from open market.
                                  I would be grateful to you if you could help me out. Or suggest if I should switch to another service provider.

                                    I have purchased a LPG cylinder from M/s Sarala Enterprises located at Safdarjung Development Area on 10.01.2008 while using the same it has been found that the cylinder is leaking. I immediately tried to contact the emergency telephone No. 26147092 and 26143517 but no body is lifting the phone since morning. Then I called the agency in the telephone No. 26192804 and 26192722 but nobody is answering. Then I immedately went to their office at Safdarjung Development Area at 09 am but the office not opened. In the booking voucher it is mentioned their office time is 8 am to 8 pm. Again I tried telephonically and talked to owner of the agency mobile No. [protected] she agreed to send somebody to look after.

                                    I therefore request your office to take action against the agency for not attending the emergency call and their office should be opened in time to attend such emergency.

                                    sir, in my cyclinder lot of liquid our gas stove is nor burning because my cylinder it is full of liquid oly no gas. I called my agency in the telephone no body pick the phone I have purchased one L. P. G. cylinder
                                    from Savitha gas agency Adambakkam Savitha gas agency it is located Chennai Adambakkam chennai6000 88 we are afraid to cook because of gas sylinder.

                                      dear madam/sir.
                                      this is to inform you that i booked gas cylinder PA-919 on january 7th 2008,but i have not received the refill cylinder till today,whereas the officials in the bharat gas agency sirhind are delivering the cylinders booked on 12th and 13th january 2008...on repeated calls they dont attend to the complaint and they do not give any satisfactory answer during in person visits to the agency...so i request you to please intervene into the matter otherwise i will feel no hesitation to move to the consumer court as already i have been harassed many times...i doubt that the people in the agency are delivering the cylinders illlegally.my consumer card number is PA-919 and my booking number is 192455 dated 7th january and the name of the delivery man is "GUDDU"
                                      i shall be highly thankful to you if you resolve this matter at the earliest.

                                        Respected sir, it is really painful to approach just for the booking of the cylinder and non reciept of cylinder on time despite booking on toll free no. my connection is with O P Gas agency, 9, CSC, Nirman Vihar, Delhi-110092 with phone nos. 22543244, 22516817, and toll free no 1260 . but all the customer of the above said agency are having one genuine problem that these persons sitting at hte agency"s office either do not pick the phone ootherwise their phone remains busy. we are working couple and in this age of technologically so advanced with improved communication and fast modes for contact and provision for best customer support and care , we are not in a position to even book a genuine cylinder for domestic purposes. it is really frustrating that despite so many nos. given on the reciept not even a single no.is responding. i tried to book the cylinder on toll free no . 1260 on 20-1-08 with booking no 100 , till today no delievery is done and we have to borrow from our neighbours. i tried even customer care non.[protected], IVRS no.[protected] but only they are singing a same song i.e. " this no. is busy, please dial after some time" . what is this. to whom we should contact in this case o[censored]tter confusion and frustration. We know Indian oil is a Fortune listed company but they should also take such type of customers complaints seriously and should take the necessary step and action these agencys and improve the booking procedure. i hope there will be some impact of this short complaint.
