[Resolved]  Bharat Gas — blocking of connection

My consumer no. is 24042. I was trying to book the gas today i.e.13.02.2008 from my dealer at CR Park, New Delhi. To my surprise I was told that my connection has been blocked as I have not booked any gas in lat 124 days and now I will have to give an application along with copy initial connection paper.

This is very ridiculous policy. If in a family there are only two members and both working and also having two cylinders and one cylinder last for three to four months then where is the need of booking gas in every 124 days. Instead of praising such family for conservation of natural resources your company is penalizing them and harassing them by way of this new 124 days booking policy. In my view this policy should be scrapped.

I am your customer with Gautam Enterprises, C-3/G-2, DILSHAD GARDEN, SHAHDARA with redg no: 26301. One person came from Gautam Enterprises & said i have to purchase the bharat gas suraksha pipe of Rs 190 + Rs 40 of service charges else the gas will not delivered to my home from Bharat Gas. When the person was here & i came from outside & i confirmed that the gas will not delivered from the Bharat gas, then the person said yes the gas will not be delivered from now provided that i have to purchase the Bharat gas suraksha pipe.I have asked from that person that is it a rule from the bharat gas, then the person said yes thisis a rulefrom mow that i am bounded to purshase the suraksha pipe to have the gas service restored for my further usage.

I wan't to know that Is it a rule from now that we have to purchase this Bharat Gas Suraksha pipes with your cylinder. I f not i would appricitae that you may please take a necassary actions with Gautam Enterprises.

KINDLY SEND YOUR PERSONNEL TO M/S GAUTAM ENTERPRISES, DILSHAD GARDEN DELHI AND MAKE A SURVEY AS TO TO HOW THE CYLINDERS OF LPG ARE DELIVERD TO THE CUSTOMERS IN THAT AREA..EVERY TIME I AM TOLD THAT[protected]
1.CYLINDER WILL BE BOOKED ANLY ATER THE COMPLETION OF 21 DAYS.
2.IT TAKES 3-4 HOURS TO BOOK THE CYLINDER.AS NO BODY RECEIVES THE CALL.
3.AFTER BOOKING IT IS TOLD THAT IT WILL TAKE 5-6 DAYS TO DELIVER THE CYLINDER.

CYLINDER CAN BE PURCHASED FROM YOU(BHARAT GAS) ONLY .SO IT IS REQUESTED THAT PL FRAME SUCH A POLICY THAT ONE SHOULD NOT SUFFER FOR WANT OF LPG.

PL ADD IN YOUR ADVERTISMENT THAT- AS OXYGEN IS NECESSARY FOR LIFE SO LPG IS NECESSARY FOR LIFE.

Sir,
I am a customer of Bharat Gas & supplier is Gautam Enterpries Dilshad Garden Delhi-93, My connection no is 23786, My complaint is that supplier is not booked the gas & selling it in black market. So I buy the cylinder of gas in over charges.
Kindly help me & release the oder to my supplier that to supply me gas well in time.
