[Resolved]  Bharat Gas — bharat gas distributors and website nothing working properly

Our Agent Ratawal Gas's Paschim Vihar Telephone number is always busy also we are trying your website which fails to register our Log in ID and password. We donot know where to file our complaint and how to make booking

Kindly give the bharat Gas distributors address and contact numbers in Chennai.

Myself Manish Rohra, I have a Bharat Gas Connection, Consumer No. is 15631 and also there are 5 -6 connections in the name of my relatives. Agency name is Delhi Gas Agency, situated in Uttam Nagar, Delhi. For last 6 months we are facing serious problem to book our gas from the agency. While we dial the number, sometimes the bell does not ring, if the bell ring then there is no reply. It seems that they intentionally put the phone on hold, so that nobody can disturb them for booking. Because when we dial most of the time the phone is busy. Last 6 months we are facing same problem. There for I request you to please look in to the matter and take the necessary and firm action against that agency so that we could take the delivery of gas without any problem and also insure that we could not face such situation in future.

THE PRAMUKH GAS AGENCY IN CTM AREA OF AHMEDABAD IS NOT HAVING A GOOD BEHAVIOUR AGAINST CONSUMER. THE STAFF OF THE AGENCY AND ESPECIALLY THE CHEIF GAS REPAIRER AND THE YEARLY GAS CHECKING PERSON'S ATTITUDE & BEHAVIOUR TOWARDS THE CONSUMER IS WORST & MANY A TIMES HE SPEAKS A VERY BAD AND CHEAP KIND OF LANGUAGE TO US.

Manish Rohra is absolutely right. You can imagine that I have gas from them, Delhi Gas agency uttam nagar, for more than 3-4 years and hardly i remember a case that i am able to book my gas over phone. Always i has to go to agency to book it and they take almost a month to deliver it provided that you visit them 3-4 times atleast. It is arround 12 days of my last booking and still no supply of gas as expected. I have to visit again personally to ask them to book. They are very corrupt and looks people here are closed their eyes on these matters.
