Bharat Gas - Cooking cylinder — Delay in delivery and Telephone No.23819572/23814025 kept engaged

My gas connection No.1104 is with M/s Ess Ess Enterprise, Nehru Vihar, Delhi. Generally their telephone No(s[protected]/23814025 always kept engaged and do, not pick-up. I had booked the above connection on 15th /16th Oct, 08 from my tel.No. 27612367 on toll free No.1712 as well as telephonically but so far I have not received the cylinder. Their service is very poor. May take necessary action.

bharat gas cylinder for cooking — delay in delivery

I am facing problem of delivery every month ,after getting cylinder, new booking should be after 15 days & delivery after 15 to 20 days of booking date Can you advice us how to use a cylinder for 30 to 35 day.
every month i get answer that company had a problem of shortage , & around me HP gas cylinder get whithin 2 to 4 days
