I AM A DELHI GAS CUSTOMER. MY CONSUMER NO. IS 7957. I AM ALWAYS FACING THE PROBLEM OF LATE GAS DELEVIRY&WHEN I CONTACTED THE GAS AGENCY OFFICE STAFF, THEY MISBEHAVED ME. NOW I HAVE BOOKED THE GAS ON DATED 17/05/10 MY BOOKING NO. IS1258776, BUT STILL IHAVE NOT RECEIVED THE GAS CYLINDER.
PLZ SERIOUSLY CONSIDER ON MY PROBLAM.

Bharat Gas — Inordinate delay in delivery of gas refills
Every time deliberate delay in supplying Gas cylinder. The time taken each time goes on extended by 6to7 days after completion of 30days from previous date of delivery. There by even the additional cylinder also will be exhausted and the dealer will not accept booking immediately and insist belated booking.Please help in resolving this problem.Ditributor: M/S Anugraha Agencies Basaveshwaranagar Bangalore-79

Bharat Gas — Inordinate delay in delivery
We request you to look into the laguna in the Mangemnet regarding inordinate delay in delivery of domestic LPG cylinder and taking booking after 30 days from date of delivery and 10 more days for effectigng replishment (which in effect is 40 days). Nobody is able to offer an explanation for this clause nor are they consumer friendly in their interactions wiht consumers when approached. A reply to this would be appreciated at the abv mail id.With regards
