[Resolved]  Bharat Gas / LPG Cylinder — LPG GAS CYLINDER REFILLING VERY LATE

On 29.12..2009 I booked for a replacement gas cylinder . After several reminders over the phone& Direct visit to the shop Gas cylinder was delivered on 19.01.2010, after 21 days . Their promised deliver time was 10 days and I went to the agency to clarify when I can book the next cylinder. Staff informed me that I can book for a replacement cylinder after 21 days from delivery date.

Previously same was happen I had booked for cylinder on 12.04.2009 & cylinder was delivered on 26.04.2009 & I had booked on 16.08.2009 & t was delivered on 04.09.2009.

This was happen with me 3rd time & I was getting refill cash memo.

I understand that the dealer is using my Refill cash memo for other. I am complaining about Ganga Gas services and Bharat Gas, although promised to improve the efficiency of the agency has done nothing and several customers are disatisfied with the agency. I request you to check and see that the deliveries are made witin the promised dates,

I am also demanding that My Gas Booking details will provide to me.

LPG — Very poor service for refilling lpg cylinder

Hello, this is rajan from jalandhar (punjab), we are registered customer of your LPG cooking division since 1985. No doubt your is good. But last 2 years i had big problem for refilling cylinder. Our gas dealer M/S KANWAL GAS SERVICE giving very bad response. According your rules after 20 days they attend our request 4 refilling. But did'nt deliver after 20 days. Ph. Call was also attend. Every 6 months they change ph. Nos. I requested to you please solve our problem.

bharat gas lpg service — late delivery of lpg gas cylinder

my consumer no. with this agency is 101406. i am not getting timely delivery of my lpg gas cylinder. inspite of repeated requests one is unable to talk personally to the manager of the said agency. i have repeatedly requested them to deliver the lpg cylinder within 18 to 19 days but they have not paid heed.
I'm also facing same problem. Nower days Bharat gas cylinder takes min. 20 days to be delivered.

LPG Cylinder — refused to book lpg gas cylinder

this is tanu sharma from d-84 krishna park devli road kahnpur wants to register a complaint against jagan enterprises gali no 36 madangir!

today only these people refused to book the gas theysaid that gas has been alraedy booked on 17 dec but i havent book any gas on that date!these people are not taking this thing seriously and asked me to wait for next week and after i have to come again for the booking!they had already sold that gas on black so kindly take this matter seriously!

THER IS NO PROPER FACILITY BY PHONE, NO ONLINE BOOKING, NO SMS BOOKING AVAILABLE. LAST TWO YEARS I DON'T REMEMBER HOW MANY TIME THEY CHANGE THERE PHONE NO.'S.

LOOK RANBIR GAS SERVICES JALANDHAR. AT THAT PLACE U BOOK UR NO.THROUGH MOBILE SMS. THE SOFTWARE IS USED BY THEM. BUT IN KAWAL GAS THERE IS NO FACILITY. I THINK CLOSE THIS SERVICE CENTER AND GIVE IT TO ANOTHER PEOPLE. THAX.
