I am trying to book the cylinder against my gas connection no-13592.
All the C.P. Gas agency (vapi, gujarat) phone lines are engaged from last 3 working days.
Please concider as a booking and help in this.

Sir, I am the consumer of HP gas for last more than 20yrs.I have never faced any problem so for from the agency but today I tasted a very peculiar attitude and behavior from the lady attendant of the gas agency. She started asking several questions like how gas exhausted so early? I tried to explain her that due to some guests came from my native place the gas cylinder got exhausted this time early. She flatly told that gas booking will be done only after one month from the last issue date. She disconnected the line and refused to talk.
Kindly take note of this and instruct the agency to book the cylinder immediately as I have no gas in stock. This has happened first time that gas has exhausted early.Kindly let me know also some ruling of booking, if issued by you for my guidance in future .

the Abhinav gas agency of Bilaspur(C.G.) given me the phone no. [protected] no body is attending the phone for last 3 days hence i cnnt booking my cylinder.

Dear sir, My father 85 years old so we have booked 2 cylinders through your dealer M/s. Thillai Gas at Kumbakonam, consumer No.4305 our residenace at Mathoor agragharam, Natchiarkoil via, Kumbakonam tk. last year we have suffered lot many time not received a cylinder at correct time so we have buying additional cylinder at the time buying additional cylinder is booking 15 days from main cylinder so we have followed that way. Main cylinder was received on 4/9/09 this cylinder almost come empty we have try to book the additional past 10 days they have not accepted the booking only his accepted on 6th. before this empty how to used what is the purpose of additional cylinder. Everytime this dealer to delay for delivery. Our parents and sister also aged person and also blinds so they not to go there in every time and not provision to arrange the other source. Kindly inform to accept the booking 15-20 days from the receipt of the cylinder and deliver the cylinder immediately.I expect your favourable reply asap.

I am the consumer of H.L.R.D.C. Bharat Gas, Hisar. My consumer No. is C 16234.
The officials have refused to book the Gas supply for Home delivery. He insisted to visit the office and get the delivery of gas after standing in the queue which is not possible for me as I will have to take leave from my office. Please instruct the supplier to restore Home Delivery and ensure prompt service.

Dammo Enterprise does not attend and book gas on phone. 2ndly for 24 hour booking No.1712 never respond if called.Look in to the matter and reply.Thanks. Pushpa Devi

I HAVE MY DOMESTIC GAS CONNECTION WITH ROBIN GAS AGENCY,ROHINI,DELHI.EVEN AFTER DIALLING THE LANDLINE NUMBER FOR HUNDREDS OF TIMES I DO NOT BE ABLE TO BOOK MY CYLINDER.EITHER THE PHONE REMAINS BUSY OR NOT RESPONDING.BOOKING A CYLINDER BECOMES HEADACHE FOR ME.PL.LOOK IN TO THE MATTER.

My Consumer No. is 13067 registered with Kitchen Care,
Shakarpur, Delhi-92. They say that refilling is booked after 21 days, whereas they book gas only after about 25 days. They may be directed to book the refilling request in 21 days from the date of last booking date. They should also be asked to attend the Phone and reply the querry patiently.
