I am from Pune. I went one of your Petroleum(Dealer) dated 03/April/2012 9:30PM. There are three Petroleum delivery man present at that time, Among three two delivery man are drunk. when i ask for bill drunk delivery men did misbehave with me. Dealer Name Om Sai Ram Ful Centre, 64/4, Pimple Saudagar, Pune-27, Maharastra.
Could you please do the needful.

Bharat Petroleum Corpn — Late Gas delivery and misbehave
Dear Sir,I am your gas consumer of bharat petroleum connection no. K-34199 in the name of Rajiv Kr. Agrawal, C-2/306, Gulmohar Enclave, Rakesh Marg, Ghaziabad. My connection is registered with M/s Kamla Gas Service, Nehru Nagar, Ghaziabad. This dealer is always supplying gas after 5 to 15 days of booking after repeated request on telephone and visiting their place, for example I have booked the gas on 21Dec2010 but they supplied on 05Jan2011 and then booked on 29 Jan 2011 but supplied on 3Feb2011. Every time they are telling that the consumer has to take delivery from their godown and if the troubled customer is visiting their godown they are telling come after 2 days but they are showing all the deliver from their staff after charging the delivery charges because the troubled customer has no option to pay the full money for cooking their food. They are entertaining the booking only after 21 days of supply of the previous cylinder. In this way a cylinder is given to the consumer after 30 to 40days which leads to unfair means for which if a person is giving Rs 100/ per cylinder extra they are giving the gas without booking. After all the discrepancies the person attending the phone and customer is always talking in a abusing manner and in such a manner that he is supreme and the person before him is none a person. So you are requested to please take action and examine the record that whether they are supplying the gas to the consumer after recording on the consumer card or not. and also please take action regarding behavior of the dealer to the consumer.
