[Resolved]  Bharathi Axa General Insurens — Don't ever take Bharti Axa Car insurance

Hi All,
I have faced drastic problem with Bharathi Axa General Insurance for my Car Policy. Their sales people are full of citer. I have called several time to there customer service and send the mail to all top level guys and not get any solution. Final I’ve canceled the policy. Still I’m not got the refund amount (after nearly 35% duction). Please see the below correspondence which I’ve done with those guys. So please think twice before taking policy with Bharathi Axa insurance.

This refers to my complained # 77. My policy # is FPV/I0028369/41/04/B24111.

Last week my vehicle was damaged due to accident. Subsequently I left my car to workshop for repair work. Your person Mr. Santhose inspected my vehicle on the same day and informed that you not eligible to claim. He was said that following reason
“My Policy say’s NCB discount is 20%, but you had claimed 2 times in your previous policy”.
Please note that when I start to interact with your seals person Mr. Vijayan K.T. I was clear told to your person I had made 2 claims in my previous insurance. And also I have received quote from Vijayan on 7th March’09 .In that quote clearly mention that NCB is zero. Please find the attached quote for your reference.

Now Mr.Vijayan is telling lies that I’m not informed that my previous claims. So that reason only he had made the policy with NCB 20% discount. And also I spoke to Mr. Dillip (Vijayan boss) and him also not able to solve my problem.

Initially my friends are told me that don’t take Bharti AXA service they should have lot of hidden things. But I believed the Bharti AXA don’t cheat their customer. So I had discontinued the previous cholamandalam service and took Bharti AXA insurance. But now I feel that what my friends are told me that may true in my case.

So please accept claims as well as provide me updated policy.

This refers to the meeting we had with on 18th July regarding my complained # 77. You have told me that you will not accept my claim as well I need to pay 20% NCB amount (~ Rs 2230)

As you aware your sales person had done the mistake. For that reason you had told me that you have removed that sales person from service. In this whole process I done one major mistake is without seeing the paper I signed the document and also I’m not taken any copy of the document. I thought they don’t cheat their customer. For that reason I got very good price from you as well I leant very good lesson from you.

Please find my final request as below.

- I’m ready to pay 20% of NCB amount. But please provide the existing claim amount (~Rs5000). And also provide me the updated /revised policy for my future purpose (NCB discount with zero percentage).
- OR –
- Don’t give the claim amount. I will not pay the NCB amount. Please provide me the updated /revised policy for my future purpose. (NCB discount with zero percentage)

So please accept any one of my request. I need to close this matter at the earliest. I’m eagerly waiting for your response.

Vijan Automobiles — Registration of Vehicle

We had ordered an APE PIAGGIO vehicle which was delivered to us on 15th April 2010. We were not priorly informed that it will take so long for making registration of the same. They have not yet done registration after promising various dates.
Really a disgusting company... My story also the same but there is no claim...

Attaching the whole story regarding NCB. I have given all documents still they have wrong details of my vehicle. They are doing this because they can easilly refuse our claim... pathetic service..
You are write deaar sir, this company is making fool to consumer and their sales team is just meeting thier targets.My claim also denied due to NCB and no hearing from anybudy IRDA, Insurance Ombudsman and consumer forum. all are just making fool to us.
Bharti Axa General Insurance and its agent Landmark Insurance Brokers Pvt.Ltd. should never be believed. On 05 June 2013 I made a payment for renewal of my health policy which is a portability policy form ICICI Lombard. I came to know about this portability policy from Ms. Swetha Modi of Landmark Insurance Brokers Pvt.Ltd. who contacted me over phone for this. After receiving the required documents and the payment all of them kept silent till 15 days.
When I contacted, they (Bharti Axa General Insurance and its agent Landmark Insurance Brokers Pvt.Ltd.) suddenly wakes up and starts giveing false assurance through phone, SMS and mails. In this dirty game the Area Manager of Bharti Axa General Insurance Mr. Anuj Tyagi is plying a leading part.
I have informed this matter to the head of India -Complain Mr.G.Singh, but till today ie. 11th July 2013 no positive result has been received.
So, please please think again and again before obtaining any policy from Bharti Axa General Insurance or from agent Landmark Insurance Brokers Pvt.Ltd. -Sumit Banerjee-
One of the worst insurance companies. They claim they process the claim within 15days but take 4months to process and they come to investigate at home on the matter when there is a death funeral happening at home. Sick ppl. and finally reject the claim giving a baseless reason stating policy holder dint declare of Diabetic condition at the time of policy commencement whereas this insurance group dint bother to check on it nor did they want to ask on it. they just wanted the person to take the policy.
Consumers beware of this Bharti Axa insurance group
even I am followuing up for a claim settlement for the past 5 months, as my car was stolen.. and they are just dragging.. God knows what are they upto. they even expect some type of bribe to release the payments
Please note that, the insurance policy of my car Suzuki Ertiga
MH03-BJ-1681 and my Policy No. FVP/11678851/81/08/M1814M is already
expired one month back on 16.08.2015 and when
I applied for zero depth insurance suddenly I came to know that, there
was a claim from my end stating self have already received of sum
13, 995 whereas I have never applied for any such claim nor received
any money till date from to my end. I would like to see the
documentation evidence for my claim and self is seeking to get revised
renewal insurance notice to renew my expired policy.

Request please advise the earliest action on above.
06/12/2015 ko me ne bharti axa genral insurance ko payment kiya adviser ka naam tha mr anup & sahil jain or aaj tak hamara pollicy issue nahi hua. Or nahi koi uske taraf se call aaya my payment id hy ESM[protected]. Or mera mob no [protected]. Pls refund my payment.
I took the policy on 31 dec 2015 for my new mahindra xuv w6 which idv is 1216000 and one of the agent assisted to take policy, i received policy copy after one week when i checked there was no engine/chasis number on it.

I called customer care immediately and informed the same, its been 3 days there is no proper response and saying that we dont have details regarding this we will update you soon.

Agent should take care of the all the details(engine /chasis number) updated on the policy. they say will cannot give you ETA for it that means if some thing happend(accident), who will be responsible for claim. does bharathi axa bear that.?

NOTE: i have purchased new mahindra car keep the car idle for 10 days at home since there is no policy(due to bharati axa fake policy).
I had following Car insurances from the below insurance companies:
1. Reliance General Insurance - 1st year
2. Bharti AXA - 2nd year
3. Bajaj Insurance - 3 year

But Bharti AXA had mentioned the wrong NCB information on the policy document and because of that now Bajaj insurance had put the wrong information in their policy document.
Now when i approached fro claim to Bajaj insurance they had demanded the NCB certificate from the previous insurances.
I approached Reliance GI by writing a email to them, they reverted in just 2 days time with NCB certificate.i didn't even call them for this and just on email they reverted and kept sending me emails about the status of my request.

Coming to Bharti AXA, i called on their customer care but they said i need to write a email to customer care nd they can't even log a complaint on phone.
I sent them 2-3 emails and initialy they started asking about my prevoius policy document.but after they replied that they ahve policy that once customer policy is expired we are not bothered.

Bajaj insurance people are calling me and ready to provide all help.

Now see the difference between all the insurance companies.
BHARTI AXA is horrible and my advise is not to take any policy from them.

my car no TS_08.FD 4441 applied for claiming on 26.08.17 at 11.00hrs but insepection staff coming on 28.08.17.and given approval at 03.00pm for small repairs and parts changing. here observing CUSTOMER IS W
Every day I am calling to customer care. Every day they told that you have to wait for 1day to get the policy it is under process. As per the instructions policy should be issued with in 3 to 5working days. As per customer care person name mr.Arjun from Mumbai he instruct and guide me to make payment through quick pay. And the payment is successfully made on[protected]. Today (23/2/18) Mrs. Suhasini customer care representative is forward my call to financial team. He taken all details and told that he call back me with in 10 minutes. After 2hrs Mr.arjun is called he is in the off of bharti axa insurance. Once again he taken all details and checked. And the finally told that your policy is not generating. Your amount is refund in 21 day's. I agree with the refund and I asked him to give me any reference number or any email reference for the refund status. He agreed he told that he send an email to me. But after 4hrs I checked my email but I am not received any email. Once again I called to customer care Mrs.Sahera told that your policy is under process and pending status and not mentioned for refund. She roughly told that if you you want refund write to customer service department by email she told.
My problem is that on 28/2/18 my policy is going to expired. I have to renewal my policy. Mr.arjun told that your policy is not generating your amount will be refund but he is not maintain for refund. Mrs.sahera told that your policy under process. And every day customer care representative told that your policy under process.
I don't no what kind of service giving to the customer's. Why it is in pending. What kind of information giving to customer's. I am from 2015 customer. For the same vehicle and all details are same. Why it is in pending status. If you are giving this type of service to renewal a policy. You think what service is giving for claims. I don't know what to do. My policy is expired on 28/2/18. You people giving very worst service to customer. This is my policy details for your reference. As soon as possible please solve my problem. Other wise I post a complaint against you and in social media.
