[Resolved]  Bharatmatrimony — About Refund

Dear Sir/ Madam I was a paid in the bharatmatrimony for 3 months as part of their auto renewal subscription they took £59.04 from my account after three months as am not interested to become a paid member I asked refund they told me refund will take 7 business days. I called them, i send the mail to the help-desk, i used their chat live service they told me they will refund the money. Nearly one month gone i didn't get my money. I submitted my bank-statement to the help desk they put money on 5th September and they took money on the same day and now they are saying that they refund the money. Am sending my bank statement along with this complaint. Please do the needful..
