Bharti Axa — car theft claim

myself suman thakur from Amritsar, my car (PB02BG3292) insured by bharti axa as stolen on 24th feb 2010. i intimated the company and got the motor (theft) claim ref. no. C0020387 under policy no FPV/10068085/P2/08/D1P211.Company did all the necessary investigations but till date has not settled my claim. Now i have filed a case in lok adalat (since last 2 years approx.) .The company is taking the plee by saying that i have not intimated them with in the said time limit so they will not settle it.Please guide me what to do or do something to help me please.
