[Resolved]  Bharti Axa Life Insurance — Forceful resignation and not giving my full and final settlement

Respected Sir,
I, M.Vinod was joined Bharti Axa Life Insurance, Dwarka Branch, New Delhi on 21st October 2008 to build my career. Iam very much disappointed about non-receipt of my salary (full-n-final) for the month of January 2009. I worked for the organization sincerely, honestly and spending money from my pocket for fueling to my vehicle to go to various places for the betterment of the company. I have put my best efforts for the growth of the organization.
My resignation was a forcefully resignation which was taken by my Sales Manager, Mr. Ajay Kumar and my Area Sales Manager, Mr. Zaheeruddin Khan on 9th January 2009. My SM wants me to put a policy of Amount 36, 000/= of my own by 12th January 2009 and if I failed to do so they accepted my resignation. When I declined him because I don’t have money to take a policy of my own, my ASM accepted my resignation on 13th January 2009. He took my resignation by warned me that if I don’t resign, he will hold my salary and absconding me or terminate me and he will ruined my career by any ways. Iam totally frustrated and had no option other than to leave the Company. So I resigned my post. I have a SMS of my Sales Manager which is the best proof of my forcefully resignation. Mr. Amber Prakash (HR- Manager, Delhi & Gurgaon) also know about the fact but he is also helpless. Now Iam a jobless and I don’t have any job right now to survive myself.
At the time of resignation HR told me to fill up the Full-n-Final form which will help me to get my salary for the month of January 2009 and I filled it on 10th February 2009. Still now Iam not get a single penny from the company. The HR promised me that I will definetly get my salary within 45 days but now he is not giving any proper reply. Whenever I asked him about my full-n-final (salary), he said that it will come shortly but my full-n-final did not come even after so many reminders from me from time to time. Now I don’t know why it is so late and what is true?
Now this is my last option to request you to do something about this.
This may kindly be treated as most urgent.

They atleast forced you to resign in my case the Branch manager and HR of the branch put that i am absconding as i had gone to kolhapur for policies, I had given intimation to the BM there are no rules the staff and management of branch behave in very unmannered way. I spent my last penny for the trip and when i came back i was told that do not come to office as-they have put me in absconding I had top return the policies to the customers back i lost my goodwill in the market due to this
