[Resolved]  Bharti Axa Life Insurance — freekook two policies

i have taken a policy[protected] from bharti axa in august 2008and bharti axa send me policy bond on 7th march 2009 after that i submt policy bond on 12th march 2009 in sriganganagar bharti axa branch(rajasthan)for cancellation,when this is a rule of irda the policy can be cancel with in 15 days after recieving of policy bond--then bharti axa even i have a another policy[protected]taken in julu 2008 but bharti send me policy bond on 3th april 2009 and i have submit policy bond on 13 april 2009 for cancellation then why don't bharti cancel my policy (and plz check the date of recieving of policy bond)

Regarding : Fraud: done by Branch Manager, basant Vihar Delhi
Dear Sir,
With reference to my Policy which I have applied by 28/01/2010 for Bharti Axa life Future Secure pension Plan, Mr. Dheeraj Arora Branch manager Basant Vihar came with his sub-ordinate to my residence and filled the proposal form for the same. Just after few days I have received a call from your verification department for seeking an appointment of mine for some verification purpose. When he came and shown the papers of proposal forms, it was completely manipulated through my fake signature including some fake declaration request note-that has been fabricate to manipulate on my behalf. Instead of the original 50, 000/-(Fifty Thousand) Annual premium they have manipulated, 1, 00, 000/-(One Lac) as semi-annual by filing a declaration note. Though it was quite shocking on my part, “immediately I called Mr. Dheeraj Arora (Branch Manager Bharti Axa life Basant Vihar) who has sourced the policy “for clarification”. Mr. Arora disguises himself innocent by saying he is not aware the fact ‘n’ will try to investigate the matter and let me know very soon.
How ever I have given a note to the investigating officer that the signature has not done by me.
Meanwhile by 10th of Feb policy reached to my address, while I was out of station. By 15th of feb I have called Mr. Arora to meet, since Mr. Arora was busy, he came by 18th of Feb and tried to justify the things by saying sorry etc. Since it was a question of integrity of mine and faith towards Bharti Axa, I could not make myself agree to retreat. Then I have submitted a cancelation request letter duly signed by me with original policy No.[protected] to Mr. Dheeraj Arora to cancel the policy with immediate effect in free look period. Mr. Dheeraj Arora assured me to process the cancelation immediately at the same time he also assured that I will get my money back within 15 days time.
Meanwhile Mr. Dheeraj Arora has sent his representative again after 2 days by 20th of Feb with some cash offer to retain the policy. This was not accepted again by me. And Mr. Dheeraj Arora started ducking my calls. When I did not got my refund even after 20 days, within stipulated time i have called Bharti customer care in this regard, but they denied about any cancelation request logged by Mr. Dheeraj Arora, then I again have tried to contact Mr. Arora, since he dint picked my phone I was helpless. I have managed the no of Mr. Sumit Dang senior to Mr. Arora. After his intervention Mr. Arora called me back and confirmed about the cancelation logging. I had no option but to believe Mr. Arora.
By looking back, now I feel that there was intentional delay by Mr. Dheeraj Arora affected my cancellation of the policy within the free look period. But in spite of the delay in response from Mr.Dheeraj, I had requested for cancellation of the Bharti Axa life Future Secure pension Plan, through e-mail on Feb 25- 2010 by sensing the misappropriation by branch head of basant vihar.
Mr. Dheeraj Arora started ducking my call again and again. It seems me he is doing something out of the way what he should not supposed to do………………………&helli...
However 25days have passed. Till now policy has not been processed for cancelation as confirmed by the Bharti Axa customer care. I would urge the superior authority to look into the case and circumstantial behavior of a responsible officer, keeping view of Bharti Axa image and market repo. And do the needful for cancelation of my policy. So the issue may be sorted out without any litigation process. Thanking You, Yours sincerely,
