[Resolved] Big C Mobiles — False Assurance to get the product sold | |||
On 12th of Oct I bought a mobile(samsung Wave-2) from Big C Mobile store . The store manager assusred me that no processing fee from the bank(HDFC) will be leveraged in I went for 6 months EMI. I repeatedly enquired about the processing fee, but clearly all the times he said that there will be no processing fee charged. So I went for the deal. Later to my dismay i found that a processing fee of Rs 661.80 has been charged for the transaction. Was this information helpful? | |||

BIG C Mobiles — fault phone
Purchased HTC phone for 24000 and after a day I realize it's a faulty phone sold to me. Big c such a poor service who don't agree to refund. Also very rude and behave as if they own the company. Best example for looting money.
