I have visited one of your outlet at red tank near vanathalipuram, there was one female staff ms. kotla kaveri very active and able to give response where i have purchased reliance phone over there, when i have asked for any EMI option through BAJAJ FIN card he was busy in playing games in mobile and was reluctant and had feed my number in APP and didnot respond, In this competitive world such type of service cannot be acceptable. He didnot ever responded me while i was leaving the store. I have visited your store on 8th nov at around 12:45.

On 10th September 2021, I visited one of Big C store in Bhimavaram, West Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh.

Mr. Sukesh, the sales person received and started forcing me to buy a Vivo mobile.
I clearly told him that I want to buy MI 11x lite, which is 5G by watching the clear details in Flipkart. I clearly informed to the sales person I want to buy the model because it is Hi Res audio and 4250 Battery capacity.

Then the sales team lied with me that the phone is not good at all and Vivo 21e is the best model with Hi Res audio, I keep on asking Mr.Sukesh that the feature of Hi Res was not mentioned on the box of the Vivo mobile, he replied that company will not keep all the info on it.
He forced and used all the tactics of sales. Finally I bought the Vivo mobile and later at billing counter the Sales team forced me to buy Bluetooth device as well. Finally I bought. But the thing is after start listening the music, I came to know, it is normal audio but not Hires.
Then after discussing about this with the sales person by telephone, he is saying that I can sell the 2 days old mobile and can buy MI11x lite.

I have given my mobile oppo f15 for display replacement on 09/01/2021.They said it takes 15 days after 15 days i have called them they said again it will take 15 days soo please solve my problem give me back my mobile...

We bought a keypad mobile from big c store in MVP colony, vizag yesterday, only to find out it was not a usb charging model phone while we never asked for it. We were given a wrong phone and after noticing we went back within 24 hrs to return or exchange, the supervisor in the store totally denied and spoke about some irrelevant rules. Itseemed they are not bothered about customer need but only cared about clearing their stock. We even called number of times the customer care number from the spot to raise this issue but no response for the same. We feel cheated and never expected such worst customer service from popular store like this that maintains so many branches with huge publicity. I hope the issued to be resolved asap, otherwise would be helpless to post my experience in feedback in future

We have taken vivo v15 pro mobile in ur big c at Bandar road Vijaywada.. Last year in that billing there have billed for powerbank also on that time in a hurry we didn't seen the invoice copy and we have a family function Nxt day so i have lost my invoice recently i my phone was broken so for invoice purpose i approached big c store and i have received the invoice copy today i noticed that there is power bank in that invoice copy so when i ask the store person he said to complain on complaints desk. I had charged amount of 1300rs. I need back my amount or my power bank u can check the CCTV footage but i didn't taken that... I need the rectification immediately other wise i need to take action on ur company...

Yesterday I had purchased redmi 8 model mobile and big c Diamond Park branch in Visakhapatnam from the time when I am going to charge my mobile it is not crossing 50% of the charging yesterday night I had given charging to from today morning also I tried to charge the mobile but it is not processing 50% of the charging today I visited the branch and given it to the store he is trying to explain me and miss guiding me giving wrong information about the mobile he is blaming me that I don't know how to charge the mobile if this type of service you guys and your organisation give to customer no one will get into your store to purchase mobiles I want you to take serious action regarding this and I want my mobile to be exchanged for the problem to be resolved, I don't want this problem to be repeat next time, , bill attached,

I went to purchase mobile charger for moto g4 plus charger at hitech city hyderabad but they said no then they are trying to convivence to sell mi charger i agree, but i have condition there it will support to my mobile as a turbo power charger then only i will buy they agree for my condition. Finally i paid amount 720 inr. After checking it to my mobile it is not supporting to my mobile. Then they suggest me oraimo charger it is working fine but the charger cost is 600 first they said 600 but at the billing they charged 720 inr initially they didn't said about tax but they billed 18% tax.
That manager and promoter is worst tey are cheating the customer at the billing.
Please look into this.

Sir this is mohammed rizwan who have purchased a vivo y19 mobile from the big c beside klm fashion mall where they told that i[censored] buy vivo handset mobile we will gift u a shoes after purchasing the mobile manager is telling that no shoes are given to u then staff woh told that i will give u shoes said that after 1 week i will give u shoes but when i went manager is telling that no shoes are given and his behavior is very worst who does not have proper way of talking and he does not want customer satisfaction and he want only sale not the customer satisfaction. I have bought Motorola g7 Mobile and iBall Bluetooth worth of 18400 rs Ameerpet, Hyderabad bigc showroom, They gave one year garenty for mobile, Bluetooth from the date of purchase the thing is Bluetooth was not working just it worked only around 10 days that's all and I asked for replacement and I have total bill and Bluetooth case everything what they now they are asking packed box I think no one will keep that box just they are telling if you box we will replace and even they didn't informed me regarding that box and the behaviour with the customer also very bad need to improve more and I had a worest experience in bigc showroom in Ameerpet, Hyderabad.

I have bought samsung A50 mobile worth 23000rs in hanamkonda bigc showroom manager manish said that we offer you a suitcase worth 3000rs .so we buy a mobile in that showroom they said that within 1hr we wil give ur gift but upto now 15days passed away if we ask about gift there is stock issue wait for 2days they are saying a everytime when we cal to manager .upto now it is 15 days we are asking about the gift .they are very irresponsible towards customers

I am buyed a jio mobile from big c neredmet x raod, secunderabad, showroom last year, they give me hand written bill, now iam asking original bill they r giving me another name attached bill, this is totally fraud big c. I want my name in bill. They r cheating public, big fraud in jio mobile handset returnable deposit was done by big c. This was taken a serious matter, how many people got fraud by big c.

I bought a phone in Big C they said that are selling with less price compared to online market. We with their assurance we bought ah phone in Big C Habsiguda Hyderabad at price of 14, 500 Rs but in online we are getting a worth of 12, 000 Rs only. After knowing this we asked them as they are very rude to us and saying Amazon is a fraud company so they are selling at low prices.

I have purchased moto e4 plus mobile on 08/02/2018 in Big C, parvatipuram, vizianagaram dt. It has suddenly switched off on 17th November 2018. To day I have visited the shop to complain but the personnel have not responded well and they told me to go to service center in vizianagaram. Please solve the problem.

I bought an inbase nylon barided type c usb cable from big c, karimnagar branch beside 2 town police station. As i'm using many nylon braided usb cables, i know what their condition could be in 5-6 months. They get bent like a stretched coil. Cable stopped working within 6 moths which was under warranty. I went to the showroom to avail my warranty. But they denied cz the cable was bent. They said i bent it wantedly like that. I told them that braided cable do bend like that after few months o[censored]sage and they showed me their used cables which are just rubber plastic insulated and compared it with nylon braided. What an # thing is that? Big c workers are stupids and have no idea about smartphones and accessories. I threw that cable in big c and told them that lot mobiles are a lot better than them. I'm not buying anything else from big c anymore. Lot is really better.

Recently i bought a very expensive mobile from big c. At the time of buying the mobile they told me that that they will give mobile accessories and a complimentary gift from them. On the day of receiving my mobile they opened the seal of the mobile and one of the employee took one of the mobile accessory from the box and they hid it and later i asked that something is missing so another employee went to the them and discussed about the missing item and he brought that to me.

After that i asked them to give my accessories which they promised me to give and they asked me to pay money for that accessories and i argued with them that they promised me to give them free of cost and now they are charging money, but they didn't listen and forcefully i had to pay the money and they told me to come for the next accessory tomorrow as there is no stock available for that product and told me that the accessory will be of free of cost. The next day i went to the store and they showed me the accessory and again started asking me to pay for that accessory. I went straight to the manager and spoke with him he didn't even reply properly and told me to pay money and he was not at all polite with me. And he didn't even give my complimentary gift.

As every customer is so valuable please don't give any false promises and don't steal anything from their phone box as they are paying their hard earned money to buy something they are very fond of.
Kindly please take immediate actions on them and me the accessories they promised to give me and also complimentary gift.

I have visited your big c store in kukatpally with my wife. I was interested in buying a redmi note 5 pro but your sales team kept diverting our minds towards a new oppo a5 (Maybe associated with more profit). They shown several fake features to phone & giving all bad impression to redmi brand. They were also not willing to replace my oppo set to a redmi in a only 1day after gap purchase. This was my first time & worst ever experience with big c.. Last also. I will suggest people don't regret after purchase from them. I will never suggest anybody else to go for big c.

I have ordered redmi 4 on 17-jul-2017, still now there is no update on shipping /deliverable. I have called them 3 times and no proper data is given about my product. Update date is given as 01-jan-001. Is it possible to do such a blender by any one. And also in awb/docket number they have given as ready for shipping. Update status is shipped. When i asked about this they are keep on telling that we will call back you with in 24 hrs and never call back.

I ordered a phone on the 29th of June, 2017 through the bigc mobiles online store and opted for C.O. D payment option. I got an Sms with a phone number [protected] to track my order. Whenever I tried calling it says the phone is switched off. Then I called [protected] which is the customer service number and they gave me another number to call on [protected]- Mr Vardhan. He took my order number and said to call him within two or three hours again but also promised that the phone will be delivered by Monday, July 3. I did try calling again but no response. The next day I tried calling him again but he kept disconnecting my calls and kept giving excuses by sms saying he's driving or busy. How much longer to wait?!? I've ordered the phone for a friend and it's been five days and I can't get the product tracked. BigC Mobiles wake up!!!

Today i am going to big c show room about new mobile bill purpose. Yesterday i buy one samsung mobile j7 series before he told 2 years warranty with out any cost after buy mobile he told me no extended warranty he give to answer not good and use wrong words.
