[Resolved]  Big Cinemas Chinchwad Pune — The broken chair in Screen Two Gave a Injury and my complete nail of Left leg

I went to see a movie on Friday night in screen 2 of Big Cinema Chinchwad Pune. While I was watching the movie Do Dooni Char. The person on my front seat did is chair back and this chair was broken. It touched my left food and completely took the nail out. My leg was in pool of blood and was rushed to hospital.

I would like to make a complaint against the big cinema and would require a complete reimbursement for my medical expense and an appropriate compensation from Big Cinema.
