On 18th mar 2008, I ordered a pair of shoes by e shopping on Bigshoebazaar.com.

but i have still not received my above mentioned product and they have already deducted money from my bank account.

After calling several time they keep on giving me false excuses.

BIGSHOEBAZAAR.COM — shoe delivery not received

On 25th August 2008, i had made an order for a pair of shoes on bigshoebazaar.com. My order and payment was confirmed the next day, saying that it will be delivered within 4-7 working days.
It has been 20 days since i had ordered, i have not received the shoes, nor i have received any status of my order
I had mailed them twice regarding the status, but the only reply i received was that it is on hold.
My money has been deducted from my account, and there is no guarantee that i will get my order or the shoe.
Bigshoebazaar.com is big fraud online store.

BIGSHOEBAZAAR.COM — Shoes not delivered although I have paid the price

I had order 1 Maco pair of shoes in Bigshoebazaar.com. I had opted for Cash on Delivery but they told me that I would be required to make a cash transfer. I did the same on 7th May'09 and I am still waiting to receive the product, today is 8th June'09. I have called up number of times to the customer care number but it was a futile effort. They are cheating people like anything.
