BIGSHOEBAZAAR.COM — no refund of payment on return of goods purchased

bigshoebazaar is online fraud
i purchased a levis sandal worth rupees 1590 and as per the return policy i returned it back to them two months back but till date i ve not received my money back
neither they pick up the phone nor they reply to my mail
bigshoebazaar.com should be banned

BIGSHOEBAZAAR.COM — Non receipt of Refund Money

I had purchased a shoe from www.bigshoebazaar.com amounting to rs. 1299/-, payemtn to be made by courier. They informed me to pay online as it was not possible to pay to their courier agent. I paid them the entire amount by online banking on[protected]. Order No 763651. They assured me that shoes will be despatched within 5-7 days. After 10-12 days I informed that i have not received the shoes yet. They replied that shoes are not available and will take few days more. After 5 days I again called them, no one picked up phone. After 15-20 tries they picked up phone and said shoes are still not available, and so I cancelled my order. They told me me to provide bank details. I provided the bank details on same day. After few days I mailed them to know the status of my refund cheque and despatch details.
Thereafter I had mailed them thrice but they never replied.

They never called or informed me regarding any of the queries. They also failed to refund me the amount.

I BELIEVE BIGSHOEBAZAAR.COM IS A FRAUD GROUP. BEWARE FROM BUYING FROM THEM.

I had purchased shoes online at www.bigshoebazaar.com. After like a week of purchasing they said that the particular model was not available. They said that they would refund the money. It has been like 2 months, after repeated mails, I have not yet seen the refund cheque.

its a hopelesssite simle they are making money as i've placed four orders and all received in wrong sizes.

I have registered the complaint against Big Shoe bazaar on 16th Dec and the same i would like to reverse as i have received the refunded amount on the next day of the complaint logged.

I have ordered a shoe online on 12th aug in their web site they tell that delivery is with 2 days of dispatch. I did not get the product till 1st sep. I asked for a refund still I did not get a refund. This service is annoying from those persons. i did not get the refund ether. i don't know what to do pls advice.
