After initially ignoring this unfortunate war of words, i am not able to ignore it further and want to share my honest feelings.
I am not trying to please anyone with my words nor want to change any of your opinion towards Bigtec as company or towards Bigtec's management. Hope all you guys have patience to read this.
I joined bigtec in April 2008 & came out in July 2010. During my entire tenure at bigtec, i had never been financially productive for bigtec, since most of the time i was in bench and even i faced usual probelm of salary delay, due's & all those stuff's. I had my war of words with Ravish, Preetam, Rengarajan
and conveyed them that i am not happy.And also involved in coffee time gossips about all such problems. However for me, Bigtec was never been just a work place. I had my own respect for that company.
I just want to share an important phase of my life to justify my words. Recently, i lost my mother in Indore due to some unavoidable incident.My father & mother had been to north india trip & suddenly this incident happened on their way back to Karnataka.
It was because of efforts from our collegues like Balaji, Saji, Jeevan & Amit Jain, who were in Indore during that time, that today i am seeing my father alive, even after that big tragedy. For me Bigtec was a place which had given me so many great collegues.
Today, where ever i am working (to be precise, i am with IBM), it was because of efforts from my collegues at Bigtec who took that effort to teach me SAP. Even now i will be in need of help or guidance from collegues like Gangadhar, Srikanthraj, Prashanth, Chaitru, Deepak, Jogi, Varahamurthy, Mithun, Guruprasad, Anil, Sandeep, Kiran, Ravi Guttal/KL, Srinivas Prabhakar or Gangoor. It never makes any difference to me if they are in Bigtec or in some other company.
I still have that faith in all my collegues with whom i worked at Bigtec. I think Bigtec is not only property of Ravish, Gopal & Kini. Many of my collegues also equally contributed in accomplishing major challenges at bigtec. It never deserves all those funky english words which are being used to share your feelings. I agree that management have failed a bit in managing things.
But i don't think that life is just about pending due's, Salary, Job & SAP. it is beyond all those things.
I really got hurt to see my own collegues being involved in all this.
I will not request you to stop doing this. Every one has got equal rights to do what they want to. Even i know that some of you may come back with some or the other critisim towards me also. But felt that i have to share my words. Hope we will see end to this soon. And sorry if my words have hurt someone Inside or outside Bigtec.

Mr Real name... no wonder as Supernova.kbs said you are such a looser. i initially though of not replying your message, because its waste of time to making looser like you understand. But i had to say few things.

"REAL NAME"... taking out others name is not acceptable at all and that 2 of a person like chaithru who has always shared knowledge, helped others and has been a good team palyer. Infact he has done more than a lead can do for SD team, without his assistance i would not have completed my first project at bigtec. CHAITRU keep up the good work you are doing!!
REAL NAME u please understand only with experience one can not become a lead or get good salaries, he should have the right qualities for the job. Bsed on your comment it looks like when you were in bigtec you were more worried about orthers than your carrer or your financial growth.
I am not saying that what bigtec has done is all right, yes they have taken some wrong decission which has affected all o[censored]s. Inspite of this i have faith in them, lets all pray they get good projects. Guys dont forget that bigtec has produced few finest consultants and it should continue to do so.

• Should we sacrifice our salary to bigtec management because bigtec had given us good friends? No doubt we got good friends from bigtec and we are getting from the present company also and we will get from future company also.
• Should we sacrifice our salary and expenses because bigtec gave us opportunities to learned SAP? We got the opportunities and learned SAP by our hard work and in returned we billed to them by working day and night in client place. Begtec were getting timely money from the client and in return we were getting late payment every months.
• Why we should sacrifice our salary to get relieving letter and reference from bigtec, even after serving proper notice period mention in offer letter and bonded period? We did proper justification to our responsibility being employee.
• From past two years since we left bigtec, we wrote so many mails and calls to bigtec management to settle the pending amount. We did not get any proper responds from bigtec management. Many o[censored]s tried many ways by calls, mails, face to face and even legal notice……finally no result.
• Someone mentioned “Bigtec started clearing dues”!!!?????? Is there any lottery system in bigtec to clear the dues? Who knows it may take another one year to get my pending amount? No proper and reliable communication by specifying date or month to the employees to clear the dues. Say out of 100 one or two people got settlement and everyone knows how they got.

I am also ex-bigtec employee, i did not get my last settlement amount. i did get any mail regarding clearance of dues. Not point in talking how difficult time I had in bigtec, every month I use to beg for salary. The two years bond was the only reason I work at bigtec two for years. This is my personal opinion; some may not be agreeing my opinion because bigtec have given job when they needed not only for them but also for their brothers and sisters. In that sense bigtec is very good company. Also bigtec had very good consultants but lost them due their improper human resource management.

I feel like I am being cheated. They do not even have at least the courtesy to reply for my mails. I really doubt whether they would clear my pending amount… no doubt millions of rupees must be in dues. They may not even have enough money pay the present employees. Sometime I really felt I should forget …..No point expecting from them. I still love to see other employee get their pending dues ….. Please don’t forget many employees were working for bigtec project in remote places of Tamil Nadu and Orissa’s jungles, without a proper accommodations and foods. At least reply to their mails and listen to their grieves, that is all I can say ...God Bless bigtec !
Hey guys...(I do not know if any girls / ladies in proxy) please spend your time appropriately, rather than writing blogs on and on and on again ...we are all consultants. I can read from this blog that all you guys are totally free and have no work to do. I can see everyone talks about this during the coffee breaks and during the lunch. If the same amount of interest you invest on the work I think company can generate more money and clear all dues. This applies to those rebels also. You guys please concentrate on your work and try to finish the tasks given to you. Dont waste your time on commenting on Chaithru or Charles or Navin or Ravish or Ravi or Kini or...anybody. You are not going to get anything.

Stop this. In this bargain, we are deviating from our goal. Our focus should be towards getting our outstanding dues from Bigtec. It is true that few guys are /were had good time and having nil dues till today. For that you can not blame any beneficiery for that. It is that Bigtec Management with whom you should take it up. No body is in a position to take advise from any one except recovering the outstanding dues from Bigtec. October 15, 2010 will be the dead line for bigtec to act and communicate to all the individuals (who are having dues ) by mentioning the time frame within which dues will be cleared. This is not warning but it is for the Bigtec Mangement to act immediately.
Note: No body need to use the name of Hon'ble Minister's name in this blog. The information has already been forwarded to the concerned ministry with proper link and screen shots. They will take suitable action.

Whats happening da...I dont know really...I am told by an insider that the financial situation is good and all pending dues are cleared for those who are working as on date. This include huge amounts to the so called leaders team (several lakhs) who are not actually doing anything productive. So as Navin said, its our money and we shall get it from Bigtec. If the things are not moving positively even after 15th Oct, lets take this up as planned and I am sure the legal system will come to our rescue. It may delay the process, but we are sure of getting our money back with the due interest. I request you guys once again not to reveal any of our plans to anybody, however close they are to you. Because, I am given to understand that even Bigtec is planning to take guard by planning appropriately. So lets be very careful. Lets wait till 15th and execute our plans. I am sure they will have no room to play their game if everything goes well. @exbigreal: im sorry to say that your effort has gone in vain. by the time so called "Hon'ble Minister'" who is like you takes any action, the government itself vanish. let him save his portfolio first then act against employees of bigtec. make sure you follow up regularly, keep sending him screen shots.

But in Bigtec case, they siponed money to other businesses owned by promoters and cheated employees.
Anyone can make their maths and question, what happened to all the income they earned when the markets was good and when the bench strength was almost zero.
Guys who still have hope that, by writing here your dues will be settled, realise they have become thick skinned and they are all beyond shame.
If you really want your money, do something and twist their arms legally, ask your ex-colleages to join in the moment.
Bad Words will not give result, learn to be Bad. as the saying goes kate to kate se nikalna padtha hai.

I am a Sr. HR Executive in Infy.
One of the Guy from Bigtec recently attended the interview. (I dont want to mention the name). He said so many things about Bigtec and His project.
His Technical Stuff is Good, He joined with Infy Family. He worked for 3 Days Only. His Salary is 6 Lacs Per Annum. On 3rd Day we got Call from our HR Consultancy regarding the Background verification the same employee. He was failed and unluckily we lost him because our HR Policy. Even though Infosys is a big company, we will do mistakes. But that should not affect any one.
You Know One thing.. After 2 days of his termination, our HR Consultancy has sent the reason fail. In the Reason just they give this link.
And they said, that the guy is fake. Because He Said that much about the life of Bigtec. It is not even 20% Matched with the result.
Please dont mistake me for doing. But i like that guy, because he has good tech. stuffs.
What i am trying to say is if you mention the employee name or other thing. Everyone is going to affect. Definitely If your future company is CMMI, they will do background verfication and definitely they will consider these also.
Now Because of this one guy's life is gone.
But at the time of termination he came to me and Said all the truth. I was wondered about everything.
But this is not a new thing for me. Even i am also worked in a small company without getting salary for 6 months. Then so many things happened. Even we went with media and all.

So coming to subject, now that guy is working in one small company, getting 3 Lac Per Annum. I only reffered him to that company. That is my previous employer.
So forget everything.. Let u all recolor your career, dont waste time in fighting with bigtec.
Search for the good Opportunity. God Will Help You.

If chaithru has got a US project that was thru his effort and hard work. Just by chance/luck you can not go to US 3 or 4 times.You dont question his commitment towards Bigtec. We all know he has generated good revenue to bigtec during recession. He was one among few who was in project during recession. He also had and has open offers from all the companies to which he has worked thru Bigtec, but he choose not to join them because he is not an opportunist like you. If you don't have friends and relatives that's your problem and nobody is in this world is soo independent that he can live without taking help from other. Its good that you have not mentioned your name, i am sure whoever sees your comment would distance themselves from you. No wonder why you dont have friends and relatives...
Chaithru is just trying to communicate that stop this nonsense of abusing Bigtec and individuals, as its not going to benefit anyone rather demotivate employees of bigtec and dampen Bigtec's name. As he rightly said its us who need bigtec for reference of our past experience. But you looser instead of expressing your views u are blaming chaithru...
We all(at-least me) have joined or will join other company for a better salary. If you are still getting the same salary what you were drawing in bigtec that's because of your poor performance and attitude. I feel petty for the company which has hired a looser like you. Before commenting on anyone, look at yourself first. I know you are not one among them who will realize your mistake rather u will again comment on my views. I am ready for it...
