This kind of activities should be stopped by SAP, what I mean to say SAP should cancel their licences and other Partners should not sub contract the consultant from Bigtec like companies.

Hey guys one more story unearthed...but u may be knowing this by now as it is quite old. I happened to meet my friend in a clients place. It looks like great Bightech has taken over money from them than the actual payment due. They are finding it difficult to take it back from Bigtechs. Funny thing is that they have paid Bigtech some AMC Charges which was to be paid to SAP. These people have somehow convinced them and have taken the money of SAP and have swallowed it. Not both this Mining client and SAP are fighting and Bigtech is enjoying. Days are not far that these Bigtech guys will be behind the bars. Then we all will have to meet them in Hindalaga only. Come on, get up, fold your sleeves. Let us go to Bigtech on March 1st 2011 and sit there and do galata for the money. Please join hands. You can please talk to Navin to know more on this program. Yes it is true that Bigtec has misappropriated the money paid to them by the mining client towards licence fee.
Mining client has told SAP to collect it from Bigtec for the past . For the current year they are paying directly to SAP. Bigtec not only cheated the employees but also their clients.

For those who are yet to get their due from Bigtech Private Limited
It looks like there is a huge pressure from all corners to settle the dues and there are legal cases fitted from some vendors on Bigtech. There are roumers that company might get closed down shortly as they are finding it difficult to manage the show (what show everyone knows). They have been sent out of their HO in bangalore and are trying to find place now.
If company closes its shutters, then all of those who are yet to get their money will have to go to Thirupathi, shave their head fully, take bath and pray god. They can offer 100 Rs as kaanike and pray god to arrange for the dues to be cleared at least in the next birth.
Alert comrades...please pull up your socks and come lets fight together...there is no point in waiting for the biscuits...those buckets still working with bigtec are giving all feedbacks promptly to the so called heads of functions and directors. They are of the feeling that we can not do anything. One insider bucket king has posted his comments above and has challenged all o[censored]s and also says we cant do anything. All o[censored]s knows who is that big bucket king who is showing the highest level of loyalty to one great leader who thinks he is another narayana moorthy in the offing.
Lets not worry about their dreams...but lets worry about the fact that we need to get our dues and we have to get it. I know all our are settled now and happy with good jobs...but let us not leave our money...what do u say comrades !!!

I also worked for bigtec, but quickly realised the fate of my future and left by paying 1.5 lakhs. Companies are social instittutions to take care of all those who serve and sacrifice, but unfortunately Bigtec failed to do so. There are inherent problems with the spirit of the company I felt the day I joined. However, its better to talk face to face and get the issues sorted out. I am neither supporting bigtec nor its existing management, as I feel they need to consider the middle class challenges when they pledge to work for such small company with conditions to pay Rs.1.5 lakhs or for that matter bond undertaking.
One solace I can provide you all guys (including myself) is God has gifted us with a great thing called forgetfulness. Please excercise to forget such unpleasant things in your life and see what lies ahead. Trust me, the frustration, anger, jealousy and hatredness will cloud our thinking to do next. Please look after your career and build a reputable future. Thanks.

It looks like bigtec management is selling its company to some bakras with big promises about their resources. Once it is sold all the dues will go for a toss and those who waiting for their dues will be given a big bowl for begging. It looks like if all o[censored]s lodge a case in the court and bring some condition not to sell the company then it will be difficult. Please all of you take care and file a case against the company immediately.
Another idea is to approach Karnataka Rakshana vedike or any other organisation like Hoysala Sene and take their help to see that the company managment will do something. Otherwise they are thinking that they can do whatever they want and get away from all o[censored]s.

I dont know, whether the problems with Bigtec is true or not, to become an employee of such company is always a risk. Their CV will not have market value, as its name has become controversial in the market.
It's more than 3 years now, Bigtec have cleared the dues to their ex employees. They have gulped hard earned salaries of several employees. Gopal and Ravish do not bother to reply to emails and phone calls.
Fraud Company- All Dear Candidate please do not join this organisation they do not pay the salaries.

Don't get fooled by comments of so called Sr.HR infy . Again this is fake. Infy will not allow any of its employees to share the information on
the public portal . That too from the Sr.HR impossible. Is he indirectly working for Cyber services? If it is true he will be terminated from his services. The same link will be forwarded to Infosys for needful action.
