Dear Sir, We BIG Synergy Media Ltd. a investor of Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund - Scheme Name Birla Sun Life Ultra Short Term Retail Growth. We required our account statement for the period from 08-Oct-2011 to 31.03.2012 for statutory audit purpose its very urgent. But even after consulting with Customer Care of the Company & submitting request for hard copy on 22.03.2012, they still not delivered it . Today i again call them & request them for delivered it urgently on mail id of company, but they still ignore it & said that e mail id is not registered & you need to wait for hard copy or wait for approval of mail id. They said that due to some technical mistake they were not able to dispatch it. I requested you to kindly help us in this case because our stat. auditor is objecting due to this.
